I regularly go to the home, at least twice a week. I feel the care staff look after my Dad extremely well. They treat him wtih the respect and dignity he deserves. My Dad responds well to them. The staff are very friendly and regularly give me updates. The food is excellent and with good variety. Thank you to the staff for encouraging my Dad to get up everyday. Very good staff are very pleasant. Food looks really good. My niece seems very settled there. Its a lovely home.
The home is clean, tidy and well maintained. The staff I interact with are friendly and helpful. Some aspects of the survey have not been completed due to the lack of involvement by my relative (his choice) and his lack of appetite. I know I can raise any issues with management and am confident they would be addressed.
Thank you for your kind words regarding Clement Court Care Home. We're really pleased that you find the home clean, tidy and well maintained, our team at the home work hard to ensure this. It's lovely to know that you feel that the staff are friendly and helpful and our management would be more than happy to help you should you ever have any issues.
Mum has been in the home for up to 2 years and has been extremely satisfied with the care. Had a problem about three weeks ago when there was a sickness bug about in the home and I called to see how Mum was and she was in a real mess over herself and the bedding, I spoke to the manager who sorted it ASAP so again very pleased with how it was resolved and I feel Mum is in good hands once again. There are some very excellent carers and just a few who would benefit from extra training. Overall, excellent caring, and happy with the care of our Mum.
With best wishes, Honor Keatley, Managing Director

My Mum has been in Clement Court Care home for a while now, I'm totally at ease with how she is looked after here, she is comfortable and well looked after, and she has a lovely room that has lots of her photos and ornaments we have been able to make it like 'home' for her, the food is really good home cooked food and a varied range of foods each day. The staff and manager are very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. I leave my Mum after each visit happy and knowing I don't have to worry about her being looked after properly. Thank you to all the staff involved, you all do a brilliant job.

Everywhere is always clean and tidy. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. My cousin appears to be happy and contented and now feels safe. The staff provide for all his needs and treat him with the respect and dignity he deserves.

During our weekly visits everywhere is always very clean and tidy. All the staff are very pleasant always helpful. My cousin has mobility and cognitive issues but is always included in the activities. The staff provide him with excellent care and support. He always responds with a big smile whenever members of staff speak to him or enter his room, which I don't think he would do if he did not feel contented and safe and treated with respect.
What a lovely review - thanks you so much for sharing your thoughts and for the five star rating! It's great to read what a positive impact the excellent care and support have had on your cousin. With best wishes, Managing Director.
Nans's only been in for one week so have limited knowledge and information, but so far she seems to be settling in well. Staff were great getting her involved in activities.
Thanks so much for submitting a review. It's great to read that your Nan is getting involved in the activities. There is always alot of fun happening at Clement Court!

I like the home, more relaxed and friendly than the home I used to work at. Clement Court is so up to date with procedures. I know that my mum is safe and happy.
It's great to read that you feel the home is friendly and safe - both so important.
With best wishes.
Since my brother-in-law's residence at Clement Court, the attention to his care and welfare has been excellent. He has been supported whilst settling, and his concerns have been addressed with patience and understanding. He was moved to a different room once his needs were addressed, although the promised redecoration of this has yet to materialise.
I'll follow up with the Home Manager about the redecoration.
Many thanks for taking the time to submit your review.
With best wishes.

With best wishes.
Everyone's great. Everyone's friendly and approachable. Home-cooked food is excellent.
With best wishes.
