Thank you for your kind review, it was a pleasure caring for your mother, She settled into Cherry Trees so easily and throughout she maintained her independence. She never gave up and she would always try to do as much as she can. She is sadly missed and Cherry Trees have lost a wonderful resident. All the best.
Thank you for your review and your kind words, we have now started to welcome designated visitors back into our home and looking forward to going back to a little bit of normality.
Thank you for your review. I took over the management of the home in March 2020 and have made many changes including no agency usage. The designated visiting pods have been a great success and although indoor visits have not been going ahead we have been lucky to able to use these and our gardens in good weather. It is great you have seen the improvements in the home and I am always available to speak to if you have any issues or concerns.
Debbie

I am committed to the delivery of person-centred care and focus on what residents can do, not what they can't. I promote independence and well-being and consider working in this sector to be a privilege, not a job.
I am dedicated to ensuring the delivery of high-quality care by my team and endeavour to create happiness amongst residents at Cherry Trees.
My door is always open if you wish to discuss your care or that of a loved one and I look forward to meeting you soon.
