I could not ask for better care. The staff are magnificent. Everybody goes out of their way to say hello and have a little chat with me. I enjoy the facilities and look forward to my weekly hair appointments. The activities are varied and interesting and are the highlight of y day. I enjoy singing along with the choir, particularly at Christmas. I appreciate the warm welcome Bede village affords my sisters, each time they visit from Ireland.

I don't need to use care or support. I am disabled with spinal arthritis and also arthritis in my hands (as you will see from my writing). I don't use the activities because of my condition. The only activity I use is Holy Communion, once a month. This I can manage because I don't have to sit for long or stand at all. Also, I am a Christian, I want to partake.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. I found it very relaxing, everyone was very cheerful and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent. I was disappointed that the activities were not attended very well, perhaps a little encouragement would help. The gardens were beautiful.

I am very pleased with living here. I am very independent so don't always need to use all of the services provided but the ones I have used have been great. The day trips set up for the home are a great way to interact with others and get out to see different places and the food in the restaurant is always great, as are the staff around the village.

Management and staff very efficient and friendly. Mum does not always want to join in activities, but when she does, seems to enjoy them. Seems to enjoy the food but sometimes does not eat much. Her appetite is a bit up and down. Mum seems to be settled OK at Richmond Bede.

My mum was at Richmond Bede Village for almost 3 years and the care she received was second to none. All the staff are so committed to their role as carer, nurse, cleaner... cooks etc.

It is usually seen as the worst part of a person's illness to have to let go and let others do what you have done, but my experience with Bede Village made me realise that there is hope out there and dignity afforded at the end of one's life. All homes should aspire to this standard.

A wonderful care home offering numerous services. We decided on an apartment with an 'Assisted Living Package'. The apartment was in exceptional order offering a good size lounge, bedroom, walk in shower room and a kitchenette. The services provided were many, a beautiful restaurant, bowling green, hairdressers to name a few. The staff were very caring. Eventually, we had to make use of the nursing home for a brief time and again the staff were very caring and gave us all the support we needed. I have no hesitation in recommending this care home.

I would like to thank All the staff at every level for the exemplary care given to my mother and father over the past 5 years + in which they resided in Richmond Lodge, Bedworth. My mother recently died having lived there for almost 5 years she was cared for in a professional, caring and kindly manner. All the staff showed her the greatest respect and in her final days, she was cared for with privacy and dignity. We, her family were also looked after, we only had to ask for some refreshment and it appeared, our comfort and welfare seemed as important as mums. Tina and her nursing team showed professionalism, sensitivity and compassion when caring for mum. We were shown support right up until her funeral. My father who died 4 years ago this week also experienced excellent care, he was truly made to feel special. You have helped us as a family make our parents last years the best it could have been under the circumstances, your care has been second to none and we, her family thank you.

For approximately 3 months, my husband was a resident at Richmond Bede Nursing Home. The care he received was wonderful. All the staff treated him with kindness, compassion and respect. The staff also made sure I was being looked after and became an extended family to me.

The home was spotlessly clean, bright and a pleasant place to be. Everyone there - the cleaners, kitchen staff, carers and nurses were first class. The managers were always approachable and made time to talk if I needed reassurance. Thank you to one and all.
