In that time, I can honestly say I have nothing but praise for the staff - it's improved, I think since Sally became manager, but all the staff from the manager to the cleaners are brilliant. You can tell they really care about the residents and are well looked after and the staff go above and beyond to meet their needs. It's '5 star' from me!

After fourteen months in the in the Alexandra Nursing Home, her health is very much improved. I have found the staff and management to be very compassionate and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend Alexandra Nursing Home to anyone.

For the short time my father-in-law was at Alexandra Care Home, he was treated with respect and care. The staff were friendly and welcoming when we visited. The difficult experience of end-of-life care was made so much easier by knowing he was being so well looked after.

Before he even arrived the care home staff were working with staff at the Hospital and the continuing care team to get him there. They were always friendly and accommodating and clearly demonstrated their love, care and compassion for Dad throughout the time he was at the home. I cannot fault them.

My mother was a short time in the Aleandra, but I cannot put into words what she received and myself, all of our family. Everyone was brilliant when her life drew to a close. I have seen such love, care and compassion. They are all truly angels and will always hold a place in my heart.

I cannot praise Alexandra Care Home enough. Mother was made very welcome from first moving in. The staff are very good and attentive at all times. The food is good and drinks and snacks are given most of the day. The entertainment is second to none, there is always something happening, family are welcome 24/7. Mum is always clean and well provided for. Her room is lovely and clean. The manager is excellent, we had a problem which the manager sorted out within hours and now we are more content.

Since my mother has been in this home I have found everyone related to her care, very helpful/easy to approach. All staff that I have dealt with have been understanding with any of my concerns.

All the staff are very friendly, I can't really review the food as I've never been there at meal times but my brother says he's always enjoyed his meals, so that is good for me. It is also very secure in all the areas that I've seen.
