Staff and care afforded to residents excellent and also to visitors. Always clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Garden area very well kept.

After visiting my sister-in-law the last few years, I see that the care she has received is very good and the home is very clean, overall very very good.

My father has been in the care of Alexandra for a few months. I have always found the staff very caring to the residents. If there is a health concern a GP is contacted straight away and family is informed. The care home is very clean. It is a dementia home which cares.
The meals and snacks are excellent.
Everyone is monitored regarding weight loss. Staff take time at meal times with the residents. All the departments at the home are good. At present I have no concerns. There are two nurses on each floor every day and one at night. The staffing levels have been good so far.

My cousin came here as an 'end of life' patient from hospital last Christmas.
Through the excellent care and personal support from the team of carers at Alexandra, she is now active and content. I couldn't ask for more.
