Staff and care afforded to residents excellent and also to visitors. Always clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Garden area very well kept.

The meals and snacks are...
The meals and snacks are excellent. Everyone is monitored regarding weight loss. Staff take time at meal times with the residents. All the departments at the home are good. At present I have no concerns. There are two nurses on each floor every day and one at night. The staffing levels have been good so far.
Through the excellent care and personal support from the team of carers at Alexandra, she is now active and content. I couldn't ask for more.
