My father has been in the home for two years and has at times been "difficult" for the nurses and carers who have all treated him with patience and kindness. He is kept clean and tidy and is happy with his surroundings. He enjoys his food and his carers encourage him and ensure he has his favourite foods. What a place, what more could I ask for?

Went through my dad's care plan. I was very pleased with how comprehensive it seemed, there didn't appear to be any aspect of his care not covered.
I think all the staff do an amazing job and I feel everyone is approachable and friendly. There is always someone to have a friendly chat with if the visit has been difficult.

Dad is always clean and well cared for, what more could I ask?

My husband has now been here 6 months and he has settled in great. The staff are brilliant and very friendly, and always willing to stop, help and listen if you need them. The room my husband has is clean and big, overlooking the road outside so it gives him something to look at. Food is great. In fact, I can't fault this home at all.

While being at this residence I can find no faults with staff/food and am treated with the highest respect. The staff listen to all that you say and often ask my wife as to what I have to say.

It was my mum's birthday on Remembrance Sunday. Various members of mum's family came for a birthday tea. We were made to feel very welcome. We all sat around a long table along with mum's fellow residents. Although mum only sits for a minute at a time. The room was decorated with bunting for Remembrance Day and balloons for mum's birthday. The kitchen team had prepared us a lovely tea. The care staff were attentive of us and very friendly, despite obviously being busy helping residents with their meals. Everyone sang Happy Birthday while mum blew candles out on her cake. A lovely time was had by all the family. Thank you all very much for this memory!

It was quite busy and some of the residents were painting. Staff are friendly and cheerful and offered me a cup of tea. The lounge area was clean and felt homely. My friend seemed to be content and in a much better spirit than when I last saw her. I can see that she is well cared for.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. My sister was being looked after very well and she seemed happy to be looked after by all of the staff. The room was very nice and it was good to see that there were family pictures and her own ornaments. My sister said the food was very nice and she had plenty to eat and drink. It is a relief to see her settled and content.

My mother is a resident here and she is being very well looked after. The staff are very efficient and friendly. Mum has made some good relationships with the staff. The staff also make me feel welcome when I'm visiting too, taking extra care to help me as I'm disabled myself. An excellent service all round. Thank you to all of you for taking care of my mum. I'm involved in all decisions.

My mum has been here since 2014 and her health has improved and she has gained weight.

The home needs decorating.

The staff at the care home are excellent and really care about the residents and their families.
I feel like we are part of a big family.

If there is an issue we are able to raise it and between us and the home, we find an appropriate solution.
