Nothing is too much and my husband is well looked after.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this lovely review. Your comments mean a lot to us as a team. We love having you both as part of our Cedar family.
This place is sold to you as a professional dementia care home, If you value safety, dignity and well being of a loved one, give this home a miss. I would not trust them with a pet to look after. They take no notice of the care plan, do not do risk assessments, promise the earth and in return your relative ends up in hospital on end of life care after a brief 3.5 weeks stay.
We have reviewed and responded to the concerns you raised through our formal process. We take all feedback seriously and remain committed to providing a high standard of...

Mu has been at Cedar Court for nearly 4 years. When I first visited Cedar to view the home I was impressed with not only the home but the staff as well. From the day mum went into the home she was treated with the upmost respect. Her room is lovely and personalised to what she would have had in he rown home. Mums dementia is advanced now but when I visit she is always dressed well and clean and most important happy. The Cedar family are amazing people. Thank you for what you do.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. It means a lot to us as a team. We love having mum here as part of our family.
My mum has been a resident at Cedar Court for several years and has always been very well cared for and supported at every stage of her gradual decline due to vascular dementia. Mum's dementia is now very advanced so she has a complex care plan in place and all staff work really hard to ensure that she is comfortable, safe and maintains her dignity. The home always has lots of activities, as well as regular healthcare, chiropodist and hairdresser visits.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this lovely review. It means so much to the team. We love having your mum here and she is a welcome part of our family.
When visiting we are made to feel welcome and are kept updated of all aspects of Mom's care and her transition into the home.
As a family we are confident that Mom is receiving the highest level of care, being delivered by trained and compassionate staff.
They provide lots of activities for Mom to take part in which benefits her wellbeing.
Thank you. This review means so much to us as a team. We love having mum here as part of our family.
I cannot fault the care my mother receives. All of the staff are kind patient and caring. Whenever I visit they always have a smile and a kind word. Nothing is too much trouble. I am kept up to date with every aspect of the care and activities my mother receives. First class
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. Your mum has fit right into our family here.
Since Mum became a resident a year ago, every one at Cedar Court has been fantastic, from the reception staff, to management, nursing staff and all care staff. She is treated with dignity and respect by everyone at all times.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. This means a lot to us as a team. We love having mum here as part of our family.
The staff are professional, kind, and clearly experienced in supporting people with dementia. Communication is excellent - I receive regular updates and a weekly email with photos of what Mum's been up to, which is such a thoughtful touch.
Cedar Court is a well-run and well-led home with a lovely courtyard setting and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. I'm very reassured knowing Mum is being cared for with such professionalism and respect
Thankyou for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. I will be sure to feed this back to the staff team. This will mean so much to them. Mum has fitted right into our family here.
Grandma has thrived since moving into this care home, she is happy and has put weight on. When she will not talk to her family and the staff come over to say hello she smiles. She seems to be happy here and very well cared for.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this lovely review. We love having your grandma here as part of our family. She is a pleasure.

Meet the Team (1)

I started off my career in the care industry as a domiciliary care worker almost 20 years ago, before changing to work in residential care. This is where I found my passion for working with people with mental health difficulties and dementia. I have worked my way from care assistant to registered manager. I feel a sense of pride when I have helped someone achieve something, no matter how big or small this may be. The smile on residents' faces means so much. I have faced many challenges throughout my career, but have always battled through to achieve the best outcomes for people, both staff and residents. I hope to inspire my staff to aim high and develop their career in the same way that I have. This is more than just a job to me.
We are more than a Nursing Home; we are a family unit. I have an amazing team to support me, and together we can make such a difference to people’s lives.
