The manager goes above and beyond in this nursing home, she's a bundle of energy that seems to be infectious, everyone around her seems to be happy
The atmosphere is great, no matter what time of day/month/year you visit, we're always made welcome
Can't praise this home enough
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're absolutely delighted to hear how well your son has settled in and how supported you feel as a family. It means a great deal to know that our team has helped him feel comfortable and welcomed, especially given his complex needs. We're proud of the care...
This nursing home has the most caring understanding staff I have ever met, nothing is too much trouble at any time. The manager does an amazing job of running the bungalows and making sure everything runs perfectly. This she does with ease and quality, the staff in my sister's bungalow are all amazing not to mention the nurse, again nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend these Bungalows to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one. My sister likes to go out for coffee and cake every day and members of staff go with her for a walk and coffee which she enjoys, she has her own lovely bedroom. I would recommend this residence to anyone wanting good care for a loved one.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad to hear that your sister is well cared for and enjoys the different activities at the service. The staff at Meadowview always do their best to provide the best support to the residents. I will make sure to pass this great review on to all of the staff team including the manager. Thank you.
Excellent care from lovely caring staff could not have done more for my sister.
