My father in law has been at The Old Vicarage for nearly 2 years. He is very happy there and calls all the people there (including staff) his 'family'. He particularly enjoys meal times and looks forward to every meal, the staff know his likes and dislikes and his breakfast routine. He likes being able to do his own thing and all his wants and needs are catered for. His room is clean and a peaceful place to be and he feels safe and secure knowing that he is not alone, he has reason to get up in the morning and a routine to keep. Today he went to a relatives funeral and when I brought him back to The Old Vicarage he said warmly 'I am back home' which really says it all. Thank you!
Dad feels comfortable and very content in his surroundings at The Old Vicarage. That alone says it all.
The care received by my mother-in-law has been excellent. She has complex needs and they have been met to a very high standard. She is very happy and feels safe and secure. The cleanliness and catering are done to a very high standard. It is a very happy place to live.

- Good - The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
