My aunty has made the transition to nursing care recently and has found it difficult. The staff have made the transition much easier, they are very welcoming to visitors and the care and support is fantastic. I know my Aunty is in safe hands and this puts the families mind at rest at a difficult time.
I would particularly like to thank the manager and admin assistant for all their help and support.
Mum was upset on the first day but was soon put at ease and settled quite quickly.
Thank you for the care.
All staff friendly, helpful. Will do anything you ask if at all possible. Mum couldn't ask for any better care.
All staff are very caring and helpful in every aspect of their job.
My aunt has been a resident for some years. I would describe her as content. She likes the carers and says they are very kind. Although she has a small appetite she considers the food to be excellent.
It was a pleasure to visit.
All needs met. Wouldn't choose any other place for grandma to be.
Mum looked very well cared for.
Always a pleasant welcome, nothing is too much trouble for our friend.
Really lovely, caring place and staff.
My mother-in-law was very well looked after by a very caring, sympathetic and friendly staff. Especially during the last few weeks of her life.
My dad has been in Victoria Park Care Home nearly 6 years. I have found the care home perfect for him along with the staff and accommodation. I would recommend Victoria Park Care Home to anyone.
Very satisfied with the care given to my mum. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
Manager's door always open and very approachable.
Food very good.
I would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.
Visiting my friend I have seen her treated with compassion and dignity. The food always looks nice and there is a good variety and choice. Her room always looks clean and tidy. Staff have always been helpful with any questions I have asked.
My husband has only been in since 10th December 2018 and I have no faults. A well-run home by the staff.
As always the home was clean. The person I was visiting looked clean and well. The staff were their usual friendly selves. I was there during lunch and the food looked appetising and adequate portion size. I have had a meal before and it has been better than a lot of meals I have had in various eating places.
I think my wife is well looked after and cared for in this home and she seems very happy and contented.
The care home is always clean and tidy and nice and warm. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and approachable. They give the residents lots of care and attention. No one is ever neglected or ignored. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is cared for and feels important. Excellent. Thank you.
