This reflects the care in the last month of life and I compliment the staff in their caring attitude especially their concern and comfort given to the family.
Family are treated just the same, no restrictions, we even took Mum's dog too. My only regret was not being able to get her in there sooner.
His needs are well cared for and visitors are made welcome by all staff.
It is clear all staff have a cheerful, professional demeanour, showing a caring attitude.
The rooms are always clean, airy and welcoming.
The food is varied and well cooked.
Altham Court staff are definitely one in a million and I couldn't be any more thankful or grateful. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
The care for my late wife was excellent.
Thank you so much, you are all truly amazing people.
I cannot express highly enough how grateful I am to the staff and also fellow residents for all the care and compassion shown towards Mum during her time here. The staff went above and beyond duty to make both Mum and the family feel welcome and cared for. It felt so much more like a family than a care home. Mum's final days of life were spent in such a loving environment.
The management and staff could not do more very very kind. 150/100 a very big thank you god bless xxxxxx
However, would love to think we could use your facilities again. Thank you.
Care staff are 95% caring, thoughtful, helpful.
Admin staff very helpful and understanding.
The food is good home cooked and presented very well.
The rooms are kept clean and are a pleasant outlook. Overall, very good.
I have been very well treated in the care home and I found the staff and everyone very helpful. The food was excellent. I will recommend Altham Court for any of my friends or neighbours who may need care here.
There are some aspects that I cannot comment on because my friend was only in the home for a period of 5 days. In that time, however, what I witnessed was all good. In that time, all of the staff were accommodating to his needs. A very pleasant home, inside and out.
The care she receives on a daily basis is second to none. Every member of the team are friendly and always speak. She is so settled in her new home and enjoys chats with staff and friends. Nothing is too much trouble, thank you to all the team for making our lives and mum's so much better.
Excellent service/care from all members of staff. The home is clean, bright, welcoming. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care home for their relatives. Fantastic.
My Mum has been a resident at Altham Court for the last 3 months. The home is light and airy and the staff are friendly and welcoming. On staff handovers, there does sometimes seem to be a long wait for residents who have pressed their call button. However, my Mum feels safe and cared for at Altham Court. The staff treat all residents with care and dignity and the food is excellent.
Thank you for your review; we value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. I am pleased to share we are currently trialling a new system at hand over time to ensure more staff are available to answer call bells to reduce wait times. Thank you for your lovely comments...
Everyone was very helpful. We live over 100 miles away but were regularly kept informed. All the staff were very accommodating.
Probably as a result of staff turnover, during shift changes requests for specific actions are not always carried out. This is a particular concern at the moment as my mother is not able to communicate her wishes. On the whole, the care is good.
Thank you for your review. We value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. We have taken on board your concerns regarding staff at turnover periods. So as to rectify this we will discuss this with all staff at handover times, during flash meetings and supervisions to...
Dad has settled in very well, considering his determination not to be in a care home. However, Altham Court is amazing, spotless, plenty of activities to entertain, and food is excellent. The staff are also excellent, very caring, thoughtful, nothing too much trouble.
