At Cedar Falls Care Home, all feedback and concerns are taken very seriously. The matters raised in your review were fully investigated by the management team. Not all of the concerns were substantiated, and where any shortfalls were identified, appropriate action was taken to address them. We have robust systems in place to support residents' safety, dignity, and wellbeing, including monitoring of care delivery and staff conduct.

We remain committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and caring environment for all residents and continually review our practices and training to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
