Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
Always find all the staff very polite and helpful. It comes over that staff priority is the care for the residents, monthly meetings with the matron keeps relatives up to date. Always something going on involving residents, plenty of stimulation. The standard of cleanliness is very high.

"I started at Cedar Falls as a Chambermaid in 2007 and transferred to the care department in 2008. I then earned my NVQ 2 & 3 and progressed to Senior Care Assistant. I loved the work so much that I decided to train as a nurse and did my training while still working at home. I qualified in 2019 and proudly began working as a nurse. In 2020 I was promoted to Deputy Manager which was a fantastic achievement and meant so much to me. I love being part of the community at Cedar Falls and leading such an amazing team."

"I enjoy my role as Activities Coordinator at Cedar Falls. The residents make the day fun, we enjoy all sorts of activities together. I also make sure there is one-to-one time for those who prefer quieter pursuits or just a cup of tea and a chat. No two days are the same but every day is a wonderful experience. My job is so rewarding."
