I am so overwhelmed by the way we are greeted by staff and the way they are towards the residents. My sister-in-law is well cared for and very happy with the way the home has bounced back to the highest that I can say. The manager is doing a great job, keep it up, you are the best. The staff are fantastic.

We found St Luke's care and treatment of Dad to be excellent. Staff were always very respectful, reassuring and accommodating, and looked after Dad and the family with compassion.

So pleased to have found St Luke's Care Home, for a temporary stay for my partner after a particularly tough time at home. The staff are dedicating their time to care for and ensuring that the residents are well looked after. My partner says that the food is good and nourishing and nothing is too much
trouble.

St Luke's is a friendly, caring residential home where my father-in-law's needs are very well met by dedicated staff. The atmosphere is positive and the response to issues is excellent. I feel very happy knowing my father-in-law is so well looked after here.

First time visiting our relative and were welcomed by friendly staff. Made us feel very comfortable and enjoyed our visit and family time. Our aunt said she feels settled and enjoys the meals. We were also allowed to bring our dog in.

My mother was only at St Luke's for a short time but was well looked after by the staff. The staff were always very helpful and friendly and cared for Mum well throughout her stay.

My grandmother is here and it’s a good home. She is happy here. The staff are nice and care for her well. Staff are approachable and always helpful when we visit. The residents all seem happy whenever we have visited and the place is clean and tidy.

Staff were always polite. Updates given on how my family friend was doing. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone looking to place a loved one within a care setting. Staff always willing to go above and beyond.

My relative enjoyed this care home and was happy there during their stay. Staff were very good and informative and showed great care. The management team were superb with all meetings of how my stepmum was doing at all times.

The best thing I ever did was take my father out of this home, it has no leadership, no communication between staff, it's dirty and overall terrible.
There are no activities to keep the residents occupied. We often found our father with food around his mouth, on his clothes on his bed sheets, no effort
had been done to tidy him up and make him feel respectable. Dad did have his problems but we often heard him say when they were giving him care that they weren't listening to him. Overall I found this home dirty, depressing, and unloved, think the staff need to learn the meaning of empathy.

It's a good home, tidy and clean. The staff have been great. They worked hard over the last year or so to keep Covid out and look after the residents so well. They have made visiting possible, which has been great. Thank you to them.

My grandma spent a few weeks here after being in hospital. The care provided was brilliant. Staff were so supportive and caring. She was able to return home after a few weeks. A big thank you to the team for all the love and support!
