It has been a joy to see Dad settle and enjoy his life at Priory Court.
It is always good to nip and see him and he is an important part of the Resident Committee
I visit Mum on a regular basis. She is well cared for and settled. All staff are very attentive to her needs and kind, but professional. Mum has been at Priory Court far almost two years and I have never regretted my choice of care home for her.
I will pass your kind comments to the staff.
We have used Priory Court for several family members over the past few years and it is currently home to my husband's aunt. The atmosphere is homely and welcoming and her needs are well catered for, but above all the staff are outstanding. They are without exception caring, friendly, hardworking and responsive, supportive of both residents and family members.
I am so happy that you feel the staff are outstanding and that the atmosphere is welcoming. We aim to provide a comfortable and positive environment for all our Residents and their families
Very helpful and kind staff who go the extra mile to assist. A friendly and pleasant home which is nicely decorated and clean with a lovely garden to sit in as well.
Thank you for your lovely review of our Care Home. I am very proud of our staff and it is great to have such good feedback about them and the home itself
My mother was a resident at Priory Court for several years. We were always happy with the care she received. The staff were wonderful - they got to know Mum so well and were always caring. In her last few weeks when she was really poorly they went the extra mile to make sure her last few days were as comfortable as they could be. They were also really good with us - taking time to talk to us and make sure we were ok too. Thank you all so much.
Thank you for your great review. Mum was a very much loved lady in our home. It truly was a pleasure to care for her. I am so pleased that as a family you felt supported by staff as Mum came to the end of her life.
As a result, she remains stabilized and comfortable, thanks to an environment where the meals are of a consistently high standard and the activities program provides a critical social aspect to her wellbeing.
Thank you for your great review. I will pass your comments onto the team, as you know they are all very proud of the care we give.
My mother has been a resident at Priory Court Care Home in Stamford since August 2024. The care that she receives is excellent. All the staff are very caring and the whole environment of the care home is exemplary.
Thank you so much for this lovely review. We are very proud of our staff and the care they give. I will share this review with them.
After 2 years of living at Priory Court my friend sadly died a few weeks ago at the age of 94. He loved living there and was very happy. And I had peace of mind that he was being very well cared for. The home has very high standards of care and he was cared for individually according to his own needs which reassured me as my friend's needs fluctuated. Whatever time of day we visited the home it has a welcoming happy atmosphere. All the staff go the extra mile whether it's for meals or washing clothes or care needs they make the residents comfortable. The building is beautiful inside and out and I would recommend Priory Court to anyone looking for a care home placement. It's a lovely place. Thank you so much for taking care of my friend.
Thank you so much for this amazing review. Caring for your friend was a pleasure for the last two years. He was a big character in the home and extremely kind. He was loved by both Residents and Staff. We will miss him. Best wishes.
As I sit with my mum having lunch, playing her favourite songs. Special times.
All the staff keep her and I going. Activities, personal care, the list is endless. Thank you all.
Thank you so much for this amazing review. The song Here In My Heart will always be her song.
When visiting my mother in a Priory Court I am always greeted with a smile and politeness from all members of staff. My mother is always cared for, for example, she is kept clean, has plenty of good food, has a wonderful room and often takes part in the daily activities if she so wishes. I can’t praise the staff enough as they go the extra mile to ensure that my mother is happy and healthy. I have experience of several other care homes and this one is by far the best in terms of care, environment, activities and meals. Thank you for taking good care of my mother.
We were listened to but also guided by the team’s experience. We owe a lot to the Priory Court team’s ability to manage the day-to-day care, leaving our family to spend valuable time with Dad, reminiscing and making the best of that time together. Thank you!
Thank you so much for this great review. I am so pleased that we were able to care for Dad to allow you to enjoy such valuable time. We strive to have a family caring feel to the home. I will pass your thanks on to all members of the team.
Overall, the care and genuine kindness my husband receives is second to none.
I can't thank Priory Court enough.
I will pass on your positive feedback to our team.
The quality of care at Priory Court was exceptional and I would like to thank every member of staff for their dedication and kindness to my sister throughout her stay, as it enhanced the healing process from her major operation and offered her peace of mind.
My sister is due to have her other hip operated on in early 2024 or possibly earlier and she will be returning to Priory Court for her 4 weeks of care and recuperation.
With grateful thanks.
It was a pleasure to have your sister with us and we are looking forward to seeing her again soon.
Treated my aunt with dignity and compassion during her final months.
Thank you.
Thank you for your review. Your aunt was a wonderful lady, full of fun and loved to chat. I am so glad that you were able to visit daily and she loved this.
She was well cared for and made friends that she was able to join for meals and coffee in the mornings!
We were concerned that she would feel lonely but needn't have worried as everyone was so welcoming and she became very fond of both staff and other residents.
She has said she will be very happy to go there again for a holiday if we go away.
Thank you Priory Court.
Thank you so much for your review. We are so glad that your mother enjoyed her time with us and look forward to seeing her again soon.
Priory Court Care Home is a very pleasant facility and my mother-in-law appears to be happy and contented. The staff work very well as an efficient and professional unit and it is clear they make every effort to make my mother-in-law content and reassured. There are many regular activities and events which are good to see.
Mum is heading towards needing residential care but is very anxious about taking that step away from full independence. She had a week of respite care to get used to Priory Court in July 2023. I was able to view and choose her room from those available. It was spacious and comfortable with a great view from the window. The team were so genuinely warm, friendly, reassuring and accommodating, I knew immediately that Mum was in the right place. She made friends quickly, ate better than she has in months and was seen to smile! I'm confident that Priory Court will be where she chooses to stay permanently.
Thank you for your great review. I am so happy that Mum was happy at Priory Court. She certainly seemed to settle in quickly and made friends with other Residents. it is lovely that you were able to see her smiling here!

Really gives us peace of mind that Mum is so settled and happy.
Mum is very much part of the home and we love coming into work each morning to see her smiling with a coffee.
Mum is very settled and happy and there is always lots going on to keep her occupied. The staff are like a second family to her.

We are delighted to hear that your mum is happy and settled in her new surroundings and...
My mum spent six months as a resident after a number of respite stays. The care and support she received was excellent. Sadly she passed away in March but the care was absolutely wonderful everyone was so supportive of us also. I can’t thank them enough. This home is so friendly and welcoming and would recommend to anyone looking for a care home for a loved one.
