Hello and welcome to Claremont Parkway Care Home - I'm Jo, and as the General Manager I'm dedicated to ensuring exceptional care for all our residents.

Our team is committed to providing dignified, respectful care that enables residents to thrive in their new home at Barchester. With extensive experience across nursing, residential care, learning disabilities, mental health, and acquired brain injury services, I bring a comprehensive approach to resident care. I've also trained in reflexology and massage therapy to support the well-being of both residents and staff.

I believe strongly in collaborative care, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. My door is always open, and I welcome you to visit for a coffee and discussion about our services.

Hi, my name is Nicoleta and I am the Acting Deputy Manager and Clinical lead here at Claremont Parkway Care Home.

My role as Deputy Manager is to support our General Manager in running the home, and lead the clinical team of nurses, care practitioners and care assistants to provide high quality, person- centred care that exceeds regulatory standards.

Hello. I am Emma, the Home Administrator at Claremont Parkway. I have worked here for over 10 years in several roles so I feel I know the home, the residents and the team really well. I support the work of our General Manager and help residents and families with paperwork and financial matters.

Hello. I am Barbara, a Care Home Assistant Practitioner at Claremont Parkway. My role is to support the work of the Nurses so I help with medication rounds and wound dressings, as well as working as a Senior Carer. I have been part of the Claremont Parkway team since 2012 and I love what I do. Every day is different and I enjoy being able to make residents feel as comfortable, supported and healthy as possible.

Hello. I am Elena. I'm a nurse and I work at night. I believe it is important to support residents with their evening routines whether that is relaxing in their rooms or spending time with other residents. I make sure evening and morning medication is taken on time and I check residents are as comfortable as possible when they go to bed and throughout the night. We also make sure everyone has the bed and mattress they need according to their needs. And then I look forward to helping people begin the new day feeling as well as they can. I am always happy to tell families more about how we support night-time routines and answer any questions.

Hello, my name is Mary, welcome to our beautiful home.

I've lived here since July 2023 and know the staff really well.

I enjoy attending the activities as used to love creating my own decoupage items. It’s an honour being the liaison point between my fellow residents and the Management team. I’m a mother of two, and have 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. I love all sports, particularly Rugby and Tennis. When the weather is good you’ll find me in the garden enjoying the wildlife and flowers.

Hi. My name is Jorge and I am the Head Chef at Claremont Parkway. I am passionate about providing delicious, nutritious menus every day, with a choice of new foods and residents' favourites. Food is freshly cooked in our own kitchen and we can blend or thicken food and drinks for residents who require some support with swallowing. We also have Dining Hosts to provide assistance with menu choices and serving. We have lots of celebrations and special events here so the Kitchen Team and I make lots of cakes and treats.

Hello, my name is Madalina and I'm the Head of Housekeeping here at Claremont Parkway.

I joined the Claremont Parkway team in 2016. Starting in laundry and working my way up to learn all the necessary skills to provide the quality of service Barchester Healthcare requires of a Head of Housekeeping. I'm an organised person who believes everything has its place. It is a daily pleasure for me to be able to care for our residents’ rooms and their belongings. Getting to know them, and their families is a real privilege.

I’m a local lady with a teenage son, husband and dog! With a passion for horticulture and house plants, the flora in and around Claremont Parkway will also be safe in my hands.

Hello, my name is Karen and I'm the activities coordinator for Claremont Parkway. Living life to the full is my motto, and I wish to instill this in all our residents, whatever your ability there is something new to learn or try. Life is for enrichment and enjoyment.

Hi. My name is Elain and I help to deliver the daily programme of activities entertainment and celebrations - there is always a birthday to celebrate! I like to see residents making friends and chatting with each other. I have a background in dance, music and acting, and I am also a qualified Zumba instructor, so I love it when we have entertainers in the home. We also have regular visits by therapy pets which residents find very relaxing.

Hi, my name is Lauren and I'm a healthcare assistant here at Claremont Parkway. I joined the team here in 2023 however, I started my Barchester career at our sister home; Elm Bank in Kettering.

My reason for moving was purely a logistical one as Claremont is closer to where I live. I enjoy working at Claremont, it feels like one big family and I love caring for our residents, supporting them daily and making life here happy, if they're smiling so am I.

Hello, my name is Elly and I’m a healthcare assistant here at Claremont Parkway. I joined the team in October 2024. Whilst in Africa I qualified as a registered Clinical Care Nurse and worked for over 10 years in an Intensive Care Unit.

I have a passion for care and enjoy getting to know our residents better, I'm supported by the team here, and encouraged to learn more, being motivated daily I feel I made the right choice joining this wonderful home.
