Hello, my name is Chloe, and I am the General Manager here at Claremont Parkway. My journey in healthcare began as a Registered General Nurse (RGN), where I gained specialised experience in stroke rehabilitation and elderly care. In 2020, I transitioned my clinical passion into the care home sector to make a deeper, long-term impact on residents' lives. I joined the Barchester family in 2026 as Deputy Manager, and following my dedication to high standards of care, I was soon promoted to General Manager.

I am incredibly proud to lead our nursing and care teams in delivering safe, effective, and truly person-centred care. My primary ambition is to lead a safe, well-governed, and compassionate home where residents feel valued and empowered to make their own choices. I am deeply committed to enhancing the warm, welcoming family environment and positive atmosphere that already thrives within Claremont Parkway. Open communication is central to everything, and I want to ensure that families feel fully supported, understood, and guided through every transition as their loved ones settle into their new home.

Outside of my professional life, I am very close with my family and love spending quality time with them. I have a passion for exploring the world and aim to visit as many countries and new places as possible. Back at home, you will often find me outdoors enjoying long walks with my three dogs. I am also passionate about charity work and giving back, and I recently challenged myself by completing a 26-mile charity walk around Snowdon in support of Alzheimer’s Society.

Hi! I’m Deepak Sharma, and I’m the deputy manager at Claremont Parkway. I have just recently joined the Barchester Healthcare team and am bringing over 13 years of dedicated nursing and care experience to my role.

My healthcare journey began in India, where I spent six intensive years working in Paediatric and Cardiac intensive care units. In 2019, I relocated to the UK and stepped into health and social care. I started out as a team leader, quickly progressed to a registered nurse once I received my NMC PIN, and then moved into a unit manager role. Before finding my home here at Claremont, I spent over two years building on my leadership skills as a deputy manager.

I am a registered nurse, and I am currently focused on working towards my Level 5 certification in leadership and management to better serve our home. I am deeply hardworking, dedicated, and compassionate. I truly believe in the power of person-centred care, and my ultimate goal is to ensure that every single resident feels completely comfortable, safe, and happy in our home.

When I’m not at work, I love staying active and exploring the outdoors. You can usually find me cycling, travelling to new places, or hiking out in nature. I also have a big passion for cars and love keeping up with everything automotive!

Hello. I am Emma, the Home Administrator at Claremont Parkway.

I have worked here for nearly 15 years in several roles, so I feel I know the home, the residents and the team really well. I support the work of our General Manager and help residents and families with paperwork and financial matters.

I am passionate about delivering the highest quality of work for our residents, their families, suppliers, and staff. I embraced an opportunity with Barchester Healthcare, with training, guidance and great support, I am able to provide support to the families and residents for all their different administrative needs.

Hi, my name is Nicoleta, and I am a Clinical Lead and one of the Senior Nurse team here at Claremont Parkway Care Home.

My role is to support and lead the clinical team of nurses, care practitioners and care assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care that exceeds regulatory standards.

Hello. I am Barbara, a Care Home Assistant Practitioner at Claremont Parkway. My role is to support the work of the Nurses so I help with medication rounds and wound dressings, as well as working as a Senior Carer. I have been part of the Claremont Parkway team since 2012, and I love what I do. Every day is different, and I enjoy being able to make residents feel as comfortable, supported and healthy as possible.

Hello, my name is Paramjeet, and I am the head of maintenance here at Claremont Parkway.

Before joining Barchester Healthcare, I worked for the Tata Group as an Assistant Chief Engineer, with over 20 years of experience in engineering.

I have a passion for helping people and will ensure Claremont Parkway Care Home is in the best working order at all times, so our residents and staff feel safe and secure in their living and working environments.

When not at work, I spend my time with my family, my wife and two children.

Hello, my name is Madalina and I'm the Head of Housekeeping here at Claremont Parkway.

I joined the Claremont Parkway team in 2016. Starting in laundry and working my way up to learn all the necessary skills to provide the quality of service Barchester Healthcare requires of a Head of Housekeeping. I'm an organised person who believes everything has its place. It is a daily pleasure for me to be able to care for our residents’ rooms and their belongings. Getting to know them, and their families is a real privilege.

I’m a local lady with a teenage son, husband and dog! With a passion for horticulture and house plants, the flora in and around Claremont Parkway will also be safe in my hands.

I take great pride in my work and will ensure that our home is kept to the premium Barchester standards at all times for all our residents and visitors. As a mother of two, I understand the importance of continued cleanliness. I'm in the fortunate position of being able to get to know our residents really well; it's a pleasure having my daily chats with them all.

Hello, my name is Karen, and I'm the activities coordinator for Claremont Parkway.

I am at the heart of the daily life at the home, dedicated to ensuring every resident's day is filled with joy, purpose and connection. With true passion for person-centred care, my main mission is to enrich the lives of our residents through meaningful activities and events. We aim to hold organised community celebrations, facilitate gentle exercise and also quieter, nostalgic 1 to 1 sessions.

My goal for the residents is to get to know them and their unique stories and hobbies that help me create bespoke activity planners which support friendships to be formed. With fuller and more engaging activities, bring joy and laughter into our home.

My absolute passion is our residents; there is nothing I love more than seeing a smile on someone's face or hearing a wonderful story from their past. My goal every day is to make sure life is vibrant and full of laughter. Whether we are busy with a big event, enjoying some creative arts and crafts, or simply sitting down for a quiet, meaningful chat over a cup of tea, I strive to make all moments count.

I feel so lucky to spend my time getting to know the residents and their families, building that rapport and creating an environment where everyone feels included.

Hello, my name is Elly and I’m a healthcare assistant here at Claremont Parkway. I joined the team in October 2024. Whilst in Africa I qualified as a registered Clinical Care Nurse and worked for over 10 years in an Intensive Care Unit.

I have a passion for care and enjoy getting to know our residents better, I'm supported by the team here, and encouraged to learn more, being motivated daily I feel I made the right choice joining this wonderful home.

I've lived at Claremont Parkway since May 2025 and know the staff really well. I welcome the opportunity to serve as the liaison between my fellow residents and the management team. I'm a proud mother of one daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandsons, who all mean a great deal to me. I love to visit the theatre and watch a good drama or musical.
