I visited Claremont Parkway and found the home very welcoming and safe, which is very important in these times. The team were friendly and offered greetings and smiles. The residents were enjoying activities in the lounge and there was lots of laughter and they seemed extremely contended. What a lovely home.
Thank you for your positive review. The team have been working really hard to keep the laughter flowing throughout these difficult times. They will be delighted to hear your great feedback.
Claremont Parkway is one of the nicest care homes I have been to. Staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much of a problem. Mother settled very quickly and loves the view of the garden from her room. The atmosphere is very good and staff are very attentive to individuals from what I have seen. They treat residents with due care and attention and I am pleased Mother lives here... she loves it! Food is very good according to Mother and their menu does look amazing! We are looking forward to getting outside weather permitting.
Thank you for your lovely review. The team will be delighted to hear your praise. We too are looking forward to the sunshine and our lovely garden activities.
Mum and I had a very enjoyable lunch with Dad today to celebrate Father’s Day. The staff were most attentive to all of the residents’ needs and the food was delicious. After such a difficult year, a huge thank you to all the staff who helped to make this event possible.
Thank you for your review. It has been so great welcoming all of our visitors back to our home. I will share your comments with the team who will be delighted to hear your lovely review. I am so pleased you had a great day spending time with your Dad on Fathers Day.
Anyone who is looking for a warm welcoming home from home residence for their loved one I would definitely recommend Claremont. My mum has been here for 4+ years and I can say I am very happy with all that has been done during this time and continues to be done. The team have done excellently during the COVID pandemic and kept my mum safe and well. Well done Team.
Thank you for your lovely words, our team are delighted to hear such praise.
The thing that stands out is the care, attention and support given to my husband. I see his response, which is always to smile and put his thumbs up. The feel of the home is friendly. There is always someone at hand to deal with any queries or concerns I might have. The manager always makes herself available.
Thank you for your lovely review. Our team will be delighted to hear you feel so supported with the teams care and attention.
The care my dying mother-in-law was given was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. They even managed to deal with my very anxious father-in-law who was at times a real pest. The care here is the best in the county.
Thank you all very much. The family are pleased that Dad missed the Covid-19 pandemic and is now at peace.
My stay at Barchester has been very enjoyable and most amazing and has given me a lot of confidence and prepared me for going home. With their help, has been made so easy for me. I will never forget you all. You will always be in my heart. I will always love you. All the best wishes.
My first impression of Claremont was welcoming, clean and bright. I knew immediately it was a good place for my beloved Mum who had stomach cancer. During her time at Claremont before she sadly passed away, I found the staff to be wonderful and caring and felt me and my family were as much a priority as Mum. In the short time she was there, a couple of months, Mum built up great relationships with her carers which also reassured us she was being well looked after. I would not hesitate in recommending Claremont Parkway.
On entering Claremont, its warm and inviting. There is not that smell of a care home. All the staff have a lovely smile for you and assist you in any way they can. The whole house and garden are kept to a high standard of cleanliness with some of the residence playing dominos in the lounge. My father was only with them for a few weeks but they made his last weeks special. When Dad was struggling to sleep, his friend next door came in and played his accordion to help him settle and sleep. We couldn't ask for more.
We visited our nan on the day of the 1970 Disco/BBQ. The event was very well organised with food, music and a raffle. All the residents were in the garden area and enjoying the music. The staff were very pleasant and the day went off very well. There also is activities for the residents each month which is really good.
Claremont Parkway is a very well run, caring home. The friendly atmosphere is always very welcoming and the residents are treated with care and respect. Lots of activities are arranged and the garden is a delight.
An ideal care home for our son.
I have been very pleased with the care and support I have been given by everyone who is at the home. They cannot do enough for you. The facilities are good.

I have been delighted by the quality of care offered to my father since his admission to Claremont Parkway in late November 2018. His carers have all demonstrated a very high degree of empathy and appear to go the extra mile to help him. There is a very good food service with a wide variety of quality meals created by the in-house chef. I suppose the strongest endorsement I can give, is that after each visit when we head home to Lincolnshire, we are confident that we are leaving Dad in safe, caring hands.

Found it pleasant once I settled down, plenty to see out of the window also the room was more than satisfactory. Food was excellent and a lot of variety, better than the hospital. The carers were caring a with TV in the room, it was an extra perk. Activities ladies made sure my nails were cut. Very lovely place.

The staff are really exceptional and they are so compassionate and caring; they provided a truly exceptional end of life care for my Dad. Meet the Team (12)

Hello, my name is Chloe, and I am the General Manager here at Claremont Parkway. My journey in healthcare began as a Registered General Nurse (RGN), where I gained specialised experience in stroke rehabilitation and elderly care. In 2020, I transitioned my clinical passion into the care home sector to make a deeper, long-term impact on residents' lives. I joined the Barchester family in 2026 as Deputy Manager, and following my dedication to high standards of care, I was soon promoted to General Manager.
I am incredibly proud to lead our nursing and care teams in delivering safe, effective, and truly person-centred care. My primary ambition is to lead a safe, well-governed, and compassionate home where residents feel valued and empowered to make their own choices. I am deeply committed to enhancing the warm, welcoming family environment and positive atmosphere that already thrives within Claremont Parkway. Open communication is central to everything, and I want to ensure that families feel fully supported, understood, and guided through every transition as their loved ones settle into their new home.
Outside of my professional life, I am very close with my family and love spending quality time with them. I have a passion for exploring the world and aim to visit as many countries and new places as possible. Back at home, you will often find me outdoors enjoying long walks with my three dogs. I am also passionate about charity work and giving back, and I recently challenged myself by completing a 26-mile charity walk around Snowdon in support of Alzheimer’s Society.
I look forward to meeting you all and welcoming you into our home.

Hi! I’m Deepak Sharma, and I’m the deputy manager at Claremont Parkway. I have just recently joined the Barchester Healthcare team and am bringing over 13 years of dedicated nursing and care experience to my role.
My healthcare journey began in India, where I spent six intensive years working in Paediatric and Cardiac intensive care units. In 2019, I relocated to the UK and stepped into health and social care. I started out as a team leader, quickly progressed to a registered nurse once I received my NMC PIN, and then moved into a unit manager role. Before finding my home here at Claremont, I spent over two years building on my leadership skills as a deputy manager.
I am a registered nurse, and I am currently focused on working towards my Level 5 certification in leadership and management to better serve our home. I am deeply hardworking, dedicated, and compassionate. I truly believe in the power of person-centred care, and my ultimate goal is to ensure that every single resident feels completely comfortable, safe, and happy in our home.
When I’m not at work, I love staying active and exploring the outdoors. You can usually find me cycling, travelling to new places, or hiking out in nature. I also have a big passion for cars and love keeping up with everything automotive!
