Thank you so much for your lovely feedback and we are delighted to hear that you are finding the care and home providing excellent care and setting.
As a family we had peace of mind that she was being well cared for and every day she showed signs of improvement. I cannot thank the staff enough for how well my mother was cared for . As she said when she left " I cannot find one thing that could be improved, it really is a fabulous place to stay ".
Thank you so much for your wonderful review of our home and the care we provide. It means so much to our staff to receive such praise. It was our absolute pleasure to care for your mum, and lovely to hear our activities helped enrich her stay. I'll be sure to share your comments with everyone....
Clive arrive at Claremont 22 Dec 25. He settled in really well, which previsouly in other places he had not. For the first time in the year he was happy. The staff there are amazing, so helpful and caring, nothing is too much trouble for them. The place is spotless and has a lovely home feeling about it. The rooms are so homely as I said before this is the first time dad has been happy in a home. Staff are so caring with the patients, they never get angry or shout at them, which I've seen before. My husband & I are struggling with the process of social services and 2 members of staff there are helping us through it all which means so much to us. You hear all these horror stories of what goes on in homes. We have no worries about Claremont at all. Also most importantly Clive has NOT had one UTI since being in Claremont. Whereas before he was getting them fortnightly
Thank you so much for your wonderfully honest review of our home and the care we provide. It's a privilege having your loved one staying with us at Claremont Parkway. Being able to support you through the care process, where possible, is our pleasure.
I was impressed with everyone who attended to his needs and also that the facility itself is spotless, the meals (of which we had one) were delicious, and well presented. Overall, I believe this is the ultimate in care homes for anyone who lives there, and wanted you to know how much I appreciate all you do for my brother.
Thank you so much for taking the time to send such a wonderful review of our home and the care we provide here at Claremont Parkway. It was lovely to meet you on your visited and I'm pleased you enjoyed our hospitality. I will share your positive thoughts with the team and hope to see you again the next time you're over.
Such a lovely environment that feels like home. More importantly than this is the level of care provided which surpasses the quality surroundings. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a smile. I have been able to have complete peace of mind that dad is being cared for which has eased the burden somewhat during this difficult time.
Thank you from all the team at Claremont Parkway for your heart warming review of the care we provide; it is our honour to be able to care for your dad. Receiving such positive feedback means such a lot to the team, knowing the care they provide is noticed by others is priceless.
Visited my cousin again today and was once again impressed by the care and service provided. We had lunch together in the conservatory and that too was very pleasant and tasty. As always at Parkway, decor and cleanliness seemed excellent.
Thank you so much for taking the time to give such positive feedback on the care, and hospitality we provide here at Claremont Parkway. I will be sure to share your comments with the team, it means so much to hear their work is appreciated by our visitors, resident friends and family.
Only here for a short time.
Time enough to take in what a good place this is to look after my wife and myself.
This is a good, safe, warm place to stay.
I thank everyone involved in my wife's care.
From me and the family

My mother has been a resident at Claremont parkway for 5 years ,the care and attention she has received over that time is truly second to nine, her needs have increased over time as she has become more frail and needy I am aware that at all times she is treated with respect and dignity, any requests or concerns I have are dealt with promptly ,l am at all times kept advised of any concerns the staff have.Thank you all staff for the excellent care you are truly a second family for her, I am certain so could not have better care anywhere else .
Thank you so much for your wonderful review of the care we provide, we love looking after your mother you are both part of the Claremont family. I will be sure to share your comments with the wider team.
The care and support that my partner received during his tem months there was fantastic. I know he was not always the easiest to deal with but he appreciated everything you did for him before he passed
The support I received myself was great, staff always knew when I needed support and quite often a hug.
I would certainly recommend this Care Home
Heartfelt thanks from all at Claremont Parkway for your wonderful review of the care we provide. I speak on behalf of the whole team when I say it was a pleasure to have your loved one with us and to be there for you and him when needed. There'll always a hug waiting for you at Claremont Parkway.
I have visited a close friend of mine several times at Claremont & found the staff very welcoming. We come as a threesome of ladies and have always been coffee/tea & a biscuit. Our friend tells us she is very well looked after.
Thank you for your lovely review, your visits not only brighten your friend's day but the giggles and laughter from your group lift the spirits of everyone else. Thank you once again, I will be sure to share with the team.
Well done to everyone. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review of our home and the care we provide. On behalf of myself and the whole team, it was an absolute honour to provide the care your wife needed within Claremont Parkway.
My dad has been in your care for three months in what was an unexpected downturn in his health. His family around him have been made to feel so welcome in this time which has meant he has a constant diary of visitors. The team go the extra mile on every occasion and has not only facilitated a beautiful golden wedding party but also enabled us to have an extra special Christmas with ten of us being accommodated in beautiful surroundings with delicious food, all by a wonderfully friendly team. Thank you for everything you do and have done.
Thank you for your five-star review of the home and care we provide. It is our absolute pleasure to care for your father and any opportunity we have to bring you together is an honour. We love to have you all part of the Claremont Parkway family. I will be sure to share your comments with the team. Thank you once again, it means so much to everyone.
My mother has been in Barchester Claremont Parkway Care Home for the last eighteen months. In the last four months, three of the residents, including her, formed a very close bond. The youngest of them died unexpectedly in hospital on a Friday evening. My mum and the other resident were shocked and bereft. Her death was totally unexpected. A carer in charge of activities came in on her day off without being asked to comfort them both. She was so caring and went way above the call of duty. A simply marvellous asset to Claremont.
Thank you for taking the time to share this touching experience. The friendships that form between our residents are truly special. We understand how difficult the loss has been and I'm moved to hear about the staff members' personal actions; coming in to provide comfort and support shows the...
Like a five-star hotel.
Thank you so much for the five-star review! It's so wonderful for our staff to receive such positive feedback, I will be sure to share with everyone.
My mum has been here for almost 6 weeks and is very happy here. I was worried she would not settle but she did and has made friends and loves the staff. A huge relief for me and my family.
Thank you for your review of our home and the care we provide, it is wonderful to hear your mum has settled in well and heartwarming she has made new friends. I will be sure to share your positive comments with the team.

My wife has been a resident at Barchester Claremont Parkway Care Home since May 2024, where she was originally placed by local authorities for respite care, after release from hospital where she was treated for a serious stroke. Whilst at Claremont, she has had good care, treated with dignity, care staff look after her well. The manager has provided me with some invaluable advice over the past months.
Thank you for your review of the care we provide here at Claremont Parkway, it is our honour to care for your loved one. I will be sure to share your comments with the team. Thank you once again, it means so much to everyone.
Pleasant and friendly staff, always looking after Mum, the staff can't do enough to help.

Overall experience was good and all staff were lovely and caring. They always had time to talk to us and update our family. Very nice and clean environment, pleasant lounges for visiting times. Only complaint was the bathroom bin and bag for stoma disposal were not changed during the respite week.
Thank you so much for your positive review of our home; staff and the care we provide here at Claremont Parkway. I have taken immediate steps to improve the housekeeping process you have highlighted. Thank you again for your feedback, we are committed to making life within our home the very best for our residents and visitors alike.

Meet the Team (12)

Hello, my name is Chloe, and I am the General Manager here at Claremont Parkway. My journey in healthcare began as a Registered General Nurse (RGN), where I gained specialised experience in stroke rehabilitation and elderly care. In 2020, I transitioned my clinical passion into the care home sector to make a deeper, long-term impact on residents' lives. I joined the Barchester family in 2026 as Deputy Manager, and following my dedication to high standards of care, I was soon promoted to General Manager.
I am incredibly proud to lead our nursing and care teams in delivering safe, effective, and truly person-centred care. My primary ambition is to lead a safe, well-governed, and compassionate home where residents feel valued and empowered to make their own choices. I am deeply committed to enhancing the warm, welcoming family environment and positive atmosphere that already thrives within Claremont Parkway. Open communication is central to everything, and I want to ensure that families feel fully supported, understood, and guided through every transition as their loved ones settle into their new home.
Outside of my professional life, I am very close with my family and love spending quality time with them. I have a passion for exploring the world and aim to visit as many countries and new places as possible. Back at home, you will often find me outdoors enjoying long walks with my three dogs. I am also passionate about charity work and giving back, and I recently challenged myself by completing a 26-mile charity walk around Snowdon in support of Alzheimer’s Society.
I look forward to meeting you all and welcoming you into our home.

Hi! I’m Deepak Sharma, and I’m the deputy manager at Claremont Parkway. I have just recently joined the Barchester Healthcare team and am bringing over 13 years of dedicated nursing and care experience to my role.
My healthcare journey began in India, where I spent six intensive years working in Paediatric and Cardiac intensive care units. In 2019, I relocated to the UK and stepped into health and social care. I started out as a team leader, quickly progressed to a registered nurse once I received my NMC PIN, and then moved into a unit manager role. Before finding my home here at Claremont, I spent over two years building on my leadership skills as a deputy manager.
I am a registered nurse, and I am currently focused on working towards my Level 5 certification in leadership and management to better serve our home. I am deeply hardworking, dedicated, and compassionate. I truly believe in the power of person-centred care, and my ultimate goal is to ensure that every single resident feels completely comfortable, safe, and happy in our home.
When I’m not at work, I love staying active and exploring the outdoors. You can usually find me cycling, travelling to new places, or hiking out in nature. I also have a big passion for cars and love keeping up with everything automotive!
