Kenroyal Nursing in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire has been set up to ensure a versatile lifestyle for elderly and vulnerable residents with care needs.

The home is always clean and well-staffed with staff who are all friendly and welcoming. The food is of a brilliant standard! My gran is always fed the whole of her meal and isn’t rushed. My gran always has clean, fresh clothes on and her hair is always brushed and is clearly showered / bathed most
days. Prior to coming to this home, she was in another home within Northamptonshire - Kenroyal took her as an emergency admission and probably saved her life! Thanks guys! Also, I’d like to add that the owner puts on amazing family and carer events with food etc., which is fantastic, thanks Matron!

My mother spent nearly five comfortable years within Kenroyal Nursing & Residential Care Home. Her care was faultless from the day she arrived to the day of her passing. All the staff showed kindness, and empathy and were always there if you needed them. Mum was always treated with care and dignity.
There was a lovely atmosphere that seemed to permeate through the staff. The care here is second to none.

From the day my mum went into Kenyroal Matron and her team welcomed, not only my mum but her whole family into their 'family'.
Cannot praise enough the care and kindness that was shown to my mum right until she passed peacefully in the home. Would highly recommend.

I find the home very friendly and clean and the staff approachable.
The residents look well cared for. I visited my friend on her Birthday and the staff had put 'Happy Birthday; banners and balloons around her. We all sang to her and even had a cake supplied by the home. A lovely touch.

The home is clean and pleasantly decorated. Entertainment is regularly supplied along with workshops for residents wishing to get involved. Staff are helpful and professional and very caring and supportive to residents and visitors. Overall it is a very well run home.

Mum had to move into Kenroyal Nursing Home after a stay in hospital meant that her old care home could no longer meet her needs.
We were so lucky to find that Kenroyal had a room that she could move into and she spent her last months being cared for there.
It is a well-managed home with lovely friendly
staff, that Mum was happy to share a joke with. She was always well turned out and they even put the lipstick on her that I’d left - we no longer had to book appointments, so it wasn’t just because I was visiting.
I was lucky enough to share a jubilee party at the home and was able to help Mum with her lunch. It was a lovely roast chicken meal.
If you ever needed help with anything, there was always plenty of staff around and they treated Mum with great care and respect. It was also wonderful that the nursing staff were apparent and approachable.

Kenroyal never disappoints! You step in the door and are greeted by people who know you and who you are visiting. The foyer is bright and the table is decorated for Easter, taking into account all beliefs/religions. My friend has lived here for 5 years and she is well looked after, physically, psychologically,
and emotionally. Nothing is too much trouble.

My father-in-law spent his last few months in the care of Kenroyal and I cannot express enough the gratitude we feel as a family for the care he received. The care home was warm and caring, scrupulously clean, and the staff really couldn’t do enough for us. We could rest easy knowing he was being cared

My aunt was very well cared for at Kenroyal. She came out of hospital very frail and in very poor health and they nursed her well and kept her dignity in her last few months of life. They let me visit whenever I wanted to and were always friendly.

A very caring and supportive home who totally understand my mother's dementia needs. She has been very happy in the 15 months she has been there, all staff are very friendly and approachable and appear to have been very mindful of Covid guidelines during my weekly visits.

My aunt was a resident due to her dementia. She has been in other nursing homes prior to this and there was no comparison to the care she received at Kenroyal.
The care there was exemplary, all the staff showed the care and compassion she deserved. I cannot thank them enough for all they did for her.

My mother has been at Kenroyal for nearly two years. From day one, the attention to her care has been fantastic, so caring towards her and our family. Nothing is too much trouble. The manager and her team have dealt with extreme circumstances during Covid-19 and have kept my mum safe.
