My Father was in Rushden Park for 5 years until he, sadly, died in March 2018. The care and love shown to Dad was exceptional! We could not have asked for better. He was treated with the utmost respect and care. We were encouraged to make his room his home - which we did. The love and care also extended to us as a family. They could not have done more for us all. Thank you.

Dad was only at Rushden Park for two months, but, to our delight, he was always treated with great care, dignity and respect. The nursing home was always clean and tidy, the food was excellent and, most importantly, all the staff were very caring and observant and all residents were treated with respect. Dad enjoyed going to the church services every Wednesday and we found the pastoral care directed our way to be of great comfort. Our sincere thanks to all concerned.

My mother passed away at Rushden Park on 5th August 2017.
The care she received was excellent from all staff. Not only was mum cared for but was fully supported during the 2years and 9months of her stay.

Rushden Park and their staff have played a big part in my life and I fully intend to continue this relationship.

My mother receives extremely good care.
This is of a highly personal nature with care givers showing deep empathy for those in their care.
The standard of food and hygiene are well above the norm that I have witnessed.

Thank you to your teams.

My uncle arrived in Nov 16. I am very happy with the care he receives. The staff are very kind towards him. It's a relief to not have to worry about him because I know he is safe and very happy and is cared for to a very high standard. Thank you all.

Review from Keith (Brother of Resident) published on 20 March 2017 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

Six years ago Rushden Park provided wonderful care for my father during his last few months. Four years later my brother suffered a major stroke in France and I had no hesitation in repatriating him to the UK and Rushden Park. The care and compassion shown to my brother were out of this world and I know he couldn't be in better hands. The staff take great care to learn about their residents and provide as personal service as possible.

Review from A H (Wife of Resident) published on 7 June 2016 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

My husband has advanced Parkinson's Disease and diabetes (insulin dependent). I had a great many reservations about him going into a care home. However, on having a tour with a lady chaplain, my fears were overcome. There is an over-riding feeling of care, compassion and good humour. My husband and his room are kept clean. The staff nurses and carers are always cheerful and willing to help in any way they can, they are sensitive to my needs as well as my husbands. The food and choices seem to be varied to suit the residents needs. Keep up the good work.
