I visit my mum weekly and find my mum is well looked after and to see her with a smile on her face is reassuring to me. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Since my mother came to Alexander after a stroke, she has been treated with the utmost kindness and would not have her in any other place. The staff are wonderful to her and to her family.

Alexander Care home is very welcoming and a lovely place. The staff are very pleasant and caring. My mum really enjoys her home at Alexander and feels content and happy. I felt very upset having to put mum in a care home but mum had dementia and needed 24-hour care.


Alexander Care Home are great

and put my mind at rest. They always keep in touch with me when mum's needs or health changes and are never too busy to chat to me about mum. I would recommend this home.

The staff are very caring and polite. Very well mannered, qualified and looked after my Dad very well. My dad was in the Alexander for 12 months until he passed away. Thank you to all the staff for looking after my Dad. The care given was excellent.

I have found this care home very good indeed. Management and staff are really good, all being well I will be returning home soon.
I have been made very welcome and would certainly recommend to friends and family. Well done Alexander Care Home. Lovely caring people.
