My mother has been in Rose Court Care Home for eight years now. The staff are very good, caring and approachable if you have any concerns about your relative in their care. They keep you informed of everything if your relative becomes poorly and of hospital appointments etc. They have activities for the residents on a regular basis, also concerts and trips out. There is a hairdresser and barber. I personally cannot praise them enough. If you want a care home that really cares then look no further than Rose Court Care Home.

My husband has been in Rose Court since November 2023, he has settled in and regards it as his home now. He suffers from Alzheimer's and has had quite a few bad days but has always been treated with patience, support and care by every member of staff. He especially enjoys meal times and the daily entertainment programmes. As well as looking after the residents all staff are there to support all the family and really understand and help when they find it difficult to cope. Rose Court has a lovely warm, cosy feeling about it as soon as you walk into the reception and I have no worries when leaving my husband in their care that he will be well looked after and feel safe and secure.

My Mum is so settled and happy in Rose Court. She likes her room which has been personalised for her taste and she loves the fact that there is always someone around. I'm also more relaxed knowing my Mum is being looked after so well. There are things going on that she can get involved in.

Both my mum and auntie moved to Rose Court Care Home together earlier this year as their previous care home closed. From the beginning everyone I have dealt with at HC-One and Rose Court have been so caring and thorough, and the staff are kind and clearly really know each individual resident. My mum and auntie have settled in so well and always look smart and happy, and Rose Court’s social media page is updated daily so even if when we can’t visit we can see how well they’re doing with all the lovely activities. Would recommend Rose Court and all the team there without hesitation as a blessing in the care home system today!

My friend was admitted here a couple of months ago, she has dementia and is starting to settle in. The care and attention she's received so far has been amazing. The staff are always attentive and happy to help (1st floor) nothing is too much trouble for them even when my friend is having a bad day. I cannot thank them enough for caring for her the way they would their own grandma. Thanks, Rose Court I'm a weekly visitor.

I am very pleased with the staff, they are really great, so friendly, particularly the manager and two other members of staff. We, as a family, couldn't be happier. They go the extra mile with Nan, and it is truly important to us that she is being looked after and cared for so well. It is very clean, so looked after, everyone is great. Couldn't be happier. Also, the activities are brilliant.

When we had to find a care home for Dad in July, my family and I were very apprehensive - having never done this before. We were so lucky to find Rose Court Care Home. Dad has settled in and loves his new home. He was made to feel so welcome by all the staff. We have found everyone very caring and kind towards Dad and us, the family. It truly is a home-from-home.

My dad had been at Rose Court Care Home for fourteen months. Throughout this time there, the care and compassion he received was second to none; not only from the floor managers (Harmony Unit), nurses, care staff and support staff in the day but also the night staff (be them regular staff or bank staff). My dad recently passed away in the care of the home and there was nowhere myself, nor the rest of the close family, would have wanted him. He was treated like a member of each and every staff member's family. He was treated with care and ultimately love by the workers.

As a family, we are eternally grateful for all the staff did for my dad and will miss each and every one of them.

I left Rose Court Care home tonight with a warm heart after speaking to a care assistant and how much she cares for my nana and how much she knew about her needs filled me with so much confidence. The care assistant had so much time for us, as a family, and other residents during our visit and proved she would go above and beyond. I must say other carers have been fantastic too!

I have come to visit my sister the home has a lovely atmosphere in the cafe area with cakes for sale for charity. Lovely cheerful lady servicing the cakes everyone enjoying themselves. (Her teeth are not always put in with Polygrip which makes it impossible for her to eat)

I have found all the staff courteous and very caring. I have experienced no problems with both the nursing and administrative staff and would have no difficulty in recommending Rose Court to anyone suffering similar illness to that of my wife. The facilities in the home are ideal to suit patients in a similar condition to my wife.

My brothers and myself, having cared for our brother at home for a very long time, really didn't want him to have to go into residential care. We didn't need to worry. From day one, we were reassured by the care and kindness provided. Everyone, from the staff in the front office, the carers and nursing staff and the domestic staff, all showed caring, kindness and compassion.

I would have no reservations recommending Rose Court Care Home.

My first time in residential care. Strange at first, not knowing what to expect. But, after a short while, I became accustomed to what was expected of me and my surroundings. Overall, I am very pleased to be among people that are very helpful towards me. Excellent service all round. Overall, glad to be here.

Rose Court Care Home is perfect for the needs of my husband. He moved into the home in August and, as a family, we were very nervous. These nerves were unfounded due to the care and compassion he received on the Harmony Unit. The staff are caring, considerate and treat him, I feel, just like they would their own loved one. All the care staff offer kindness and patience and the activities staff stimulation and a welcoming environment. I couldn’t recommend Rose Court enough.
