I cannot rate Belong Morris Feinmann highly enough. With experience of other care homes, BMF ranks at the very top.
The staff in their care both of residents and relative is outstanding.
Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities and food are great too. Everyone smiles. It is a care home with a
heart.

It's a lovely bright environment and there are peaceful and well-laid out garden areas. All the staff are kind, gentle and patient and have been there for me as well as our mother, who has dementia. There are many types of events and activities on to cater to all tastes. My brother and I are very happy
and grateful that we moved our mum here and would definitely recommend it.

This is a new, well designed and very comfortably furnished care home. What makes this establishment differ from most other care homes, is that it is split into separate households, each with its own facilities. There are only about 12 residents to each household. Carers are highly committed and motivated.
The ratio of carers is one to every two or three residents. The care home has exceeded all expectations and my mother's health and wellbeing has improved dramatically as a result.

Belong Morris Feinmann has, without doubt, changed my mother's life. It is unlike any old age home I have ever visited. It is as near to home living as is possible.


The staff are fantastic, residents are treated like hotel guests. I am looking forward to moving in myself one day!

Carolyn

Carolyn Ball

Job Title: General Manager

An experienced leader, Carolyn brings with her six years of Belong management expertise, including the last two years as front-of-house manager at the Didsbury Village, since its opening in 2017.


Notably, she was influential in the set-up of both Belong Morris Feinmann and Belong Warrington, including recruitment and subsequent training and mentoring of colleagues, drawing on her HR and administration knowledge which she has developed since joining Belong Macclesfield, back in 2008.


As a result, Carolyn has acquired strong expertise in dementia care provision and having worked at numerous Belong sites, has built close relationships with customers and colleagues across the northwest, enabling her to bring a wealth of competence to the general manager role.

Chloe

Chloe Wynne

Job Title: Support Manager

Chloe Wynn, who has been recognised regionally for her expertise in dementia care, has been appointed support manager with responsibility for managing the village’s specialist ‘household teams’, ensuring they provide the highest standards of nursing and dementia care 24-hours a day. Since starting her career with Belong in 2011, Chloe has been shortlisted twice at the prestigious Great North West Care Awards and has completed qualifications in leadership, health and social care to rise through the ranks from household assistant to lead senior support worker across the Belong's various village locations.

Rebecca

Rebecca Dixon

Job Title: Assistant Support Manager

Rebecca was promoted to Assistant Support Manager in June 2022. The promotion comes on the back of Rebecca’s sterling contribution as Lead Senior Support Worker.


As the village's assistant support manager, Rebecca is responsible for working alongside the support manager to oversee the household teams at the village, ensuring they are equipped with the required knowledge and experience to meet customer needs.

Alex Zidikovs

Job Title: Front of House Manager

Alex Zidikovs, who is fluent in four languages (Russian, Latvian and Polish in addition to English), brings a strong track record in hospitality, working for brands such as Bentley and Radisson. As part of the village management team, Alex leads the front-of-house teams at Belong Morris Feinmann including, Reception and Administration, Housekeeping and Laundry, Catering, Salon and Caretaker.

Karan Shingler

Job Title: Village Nurse Manager

Joined: 2019

Karan Shingler, village nurse manager at Belong Morris Feinmann, works tirelessly to care for customers and treats them and their families with the highest levels of compassion, sensitivity and respect.


In March 2019, Karan beat off competition from around the country to win the ‘Palliative Care/End of Life’ at the national finals of the Great British Care Awards. The judges said that Karan, of Hyde, Greater Manchester, deserved to win the award for her passion, professionalism and drive, particularly in helping her team achieve national ‘Six Steps’ accreditation for its end-of-life care strategy. She was also praised for her motivating and inspiring leadership style, constantly striving to improve standards of care for those on end-of-life pathways.

Angela

Angela Luckett

Job Title: Experience Coordinator

Angela brings a wealth of networking and business experience as well as passion, creativity and enthusiasm to her role, and is instrumental to the organisation of the village’s programme of events and activities. She is also responsible for running the Experience Days: a service that enables people to join in village activities on a ‘day’ basis, with support for those who need it. Angela's role also involves networking with key stakeholders in the village and organising fundraising events; she is a key member of the village team. Previously, she worked as a Personal Stylist at John Lewis, building a reputation amongst her client group. In addition to this, Angela ran her own vintage clothing shop in Cheadle, and an online business, supplying designer second-hand clothing.
