from home. Everywhere is clean & tidy and lots of activities and events to keep everyone entertained. They even have their own mini bus now for trips out. In my opinion there is nowhere better.

Dad is very happy at Belong, however, the cost of the facility seems excessive compared to others, however, we feel very safe leaving dad at Belong and that is something money cannot buy.

considerable drop in the quality of the food that dad has stated many times and I would be much happier if the food was prepared, cooked and served locally by the households. The food is sometimes cool to eat as it has been standing around under heater trolly and not served hot from the oven/hob.
There seems to be a lot of staff changeover, especially within the households which is not ideal and does impact on the quality of care provided.

This has been absolutely the right decision, moving Dad to Belong Morris Feinmann has given him a better quality of life on every level. As a family we didn't get a map of his dementia journey ahead but the team have supported Dad better than we could have hoped for, emotionally & physically inc adapting
day to day living with new symptoms & challenges as they appear.
We started with home visits, increasing as his needs determined. Then with advice & support of a dementia nurse began to understand some of the journey ahead & the need to look at the next step of supported living. After researching a number of care providers led us to Belong Morris Feinmann.
A huge thank you to all the Belong team members on this journey that have also supported us as a family..

interesting trips, which mean a great deal to her ... today, for example, she had just returned from the Museum when I rang asnd was clearly delighted with the experience.

Overall good. Disappointed when the staff are moved around as people with dementia get use to the people that care for them.
The carers are great can't fault them. Laundry not brilliant some clothes come back shrunk.

My Dad has been at Belong since February 2022 and without doubt it was the best, albeit difficult, decision I have ever had to make with respect to my Dad's care. The staff on his household have been fantastic in everyway and they genuine care about him. My Dad is well known across the village and all
staff including managers take time to check in with him and make sure he is ok. Dad is now receiving nursing care and the nursing team are very professional and have upskilled to help administer his ongoing medical needs. Dad is encouraged to attend many social activities and his regular attendance at on-site gym sessions does wonders for his physical and mental wellbeing. I am kept advised of all aspects of his care which is both reassuring and takes away a lot of pressure for me and my family.

Amazing place with Amazing staff who really care & go above and beyond to look after their residents. Communication is great, being able to log in when you are at work or away to check on relatives is really helpful

Belong is like no other care home. It is designed for residents with dementia to provide individual care. My mother has been in the home over 10 years and we have found the individual care overall excellent. Daily logs can be viewed online, and staff make contact if they have any concerns or questions

I speak and see her everyday and she does tend to repeat herself which must be an age thing, but she always says to me how lucky she is and how all your staff are so kind and caring and always smiling. Everyone there goes an extra mile without exception and you are making my 94 year old mum happy and content and I can't express how humbled I am at your expertise.
Thank you Belong Crewe from Dawn and myself to all concerned and keep up your empathy and compassion and don't alter how you look after our valued relations. Your work and kindness helps us relax somewhat to know you have it under control.

The ongoing care and support given to dad on Juniper Household is excellent. Sally and the team are kind, caring and bring a sense of fun to everyday. There are actvities within the village and on the households for residents to join in with if they wish. Last week the Juniper Team put on a Spanish
themed party with decorations, buffet, music, dancing and a quiz, which the household residents really enjoyed. Members of the senior management team and other staff from around the village also popped in to join the party. Moving dad here was the best thing we did, he has started living and enjoying life again :)

Mum went into a household in Belong when she reached the stage of being unable to manage at home. She remained there for over two years until she died. Anyone who has dealt with finding a suitable care home for a loved one will know how stressful it can be. Nowhere is perfect but Belong is so much better
than any other care home I've had experience of (and that is many). All the staff are exceptionally well trained but they create a family environment and are totally dedicated, caring and loving. Mum could not have been happier anywhere and was loved and cared for by all the staff, from managers and team leaders to other care professionals and domestic workers, all of whom contributed to creating a loving and caring environment. As a relative I was treated in a similar way, always welcome and part of the extended family. The end of life care given to mum was exceptional and could not have been better. I will never forget the care showed to mum and myself during her time there.

The team were so caring and helpful, demonstrating kindness, stimulation and support for my friend. They always kept the family informed of any requirements or changes during his declining health and even took time to attend his funeral, which we all appreciated. The team responded quickly to his needs
and worked tirelessly to maintain his dignity. My friend enjoyed music sessions, afternoon tea and even made some new friends. Its often the small, caring touches that make such a big difference to someone at this stage of life. I would highly recommend BMF.

We were delighted with the care given to my Dad during his time at Morris Feinmann. It was lovely to see him smiling and laughing and interacting with other residents and staff. His room was lovely and bright and kept as clean as possible. There were a range of activities and Dad was encouraged to attend.
He enjoyed the Friday night religious services and prayers. No matter what time of the day or night the staff would make my dad tea and toast. All of the staff were very supportive of my dad's individual care needs.

Both of my aunts spent their final few years in independent apartments here, and each time I visited them I was struck by the welcoming atmosphere, the excellent facilities and the friendly and professional staff.
