Moving mum to Belong Morris Feinmann 3 years ago was the best decision we could have made.
After being a regular at experience days at BMF where she was beautifully cared for by Angela , when mum could no longer live independently there was no question that BMF was the place for mum.
From the moment
mum moved into Cypruss the exceptional care, support and genuine affection shown to her was above and beyond any expectations.
Every single member of the team went above and beyond - not just meeting mum's needs but also being there for my sister and myself.
Living with Dementia can be a challenging journey, not only for the person experiencing it but for the whole family.
Knowing that she was surrounded by such kindness, patience and understanding gave us immense comfort and peace of mind.
Thank you all for treating her with dignity and for supporting us as a family through difficult moments.
We will be eternally grateful for the love and care you gave her.

Moving my mum to Belong was a very easy decision to make the facilities and staff make it feel like a new start for my mum, and within a week I could see she looked better than she had in ages due to the round the clock care she has been receiving. The staff are truly wonderful and have encouraged her
to join in the activities, gym and outings that are on offer. I have complete confidence in the care they are providing they are on the ball with medication and reviews it is a wonderful facility truly providing a 5* service.

I cannot rate highly enough the love & care that has been shown to my parents during their time at Belong. It truly feels like one big family. The way everyone is treated with respect, dignity and warmth is truly heartwarming. The facilities available are fantastic from the great food in the bistro,
the onsite hairdressers and gym. The main reason why I rate this establishment so highly is the wonderful staff they really are the definition of what " Human Kindness" is. Thank you all.

Our dear Mum was in Belong for end of life care due to heart failure.
I can not even begin to express our gratitude to the staff who looked after her during her final few weeks. The care, kindness and compassion they showed to not only her, but also us, her family, is beyond compare.
No question
was ever left unanswered or request left unfulfilled, they quite simply went above and beyond every day.
They tried to make the darkest of days as bright as possible and even though my Mum is gone, have continued to show love and support to my Dad who lives there still.
I am happy in the knowledge that they will continue to do this for as long as needed.
If someone asked me what human kindness looked like, I would say they looked like the wonderful care and nursing staff at Belong Macclesfield.

My mother was in the Belong Care Home at Newcastle under Lyme for 4 years. During that time her nursing care was first class and far far better than she ever got in the nearby hospital which I consider was just neglectful. The staff at the home also ensured medication was taken, food eaten, drink taken
and personal cleansing carried out. They were always friendly and accommodating. I'm glad my Mother was in Belong's care and not another care home.

My mother moved to Belong in November 2025 when her previous care home became unable to meet her needs. My only regret is that I didn't move her here sooner! It is simply amazing, the staff and management are so caring, and treat my mother with the care and dignity that she deserves.
She has vascular
dementia and is very restless at night, not sleeping well. One of the things I love about Belong is the layout, with the lounge area being directly outside of her room. So if she's up in the night, she can just come and sit in the lounge and have a cup of tea and be cared for. It's so homely, and the staff and residents are like one big family. The staff are also very caring and compassionate towards me. My mother has been ill which has on occasion been upsetting for me, but the staff have been simply wonderful. I would highly recommend this home to anyone, especially those with more advanced dementia.

They very day my mother-in-law asked to go into "somewhere they'd look after me", after two falls in the night, Belong found her a room. We were thankful and very pleased with this.

My mother has been in Belong Wigan now for nearly two years. She has dementia and is virtually bed ridden
She has always been cared for in the most sympathetic and considerate way by all the staff involved with her. They have gone out of their way to make her feel at home even when she could be difficult
at times. I was particularly impressed when some of the staff came into work in their own time and at their own expense to arrange a birthday party for her.
I have always found the staff helpful and open when I wanted to discuss any issue my mother may have had with her care.
In short I cannot praise the Care Home and staff high enough for the care my mother has received over the past two years

I'm so pleased with the love and care my mum receives at Belong. She has really blossomed since moving there over 2 years ago. All the staff go that extra mile, and treat my mum with great respect and kindness.
My mum has dementia but has managed to retain her sense of humour. She remains quick
witted and the staff indulge her with bantering that lifts her spirits.

My mother moved within Belong Village from independent apartment to the care side, after 5 years.
Since moving there has been a noticeable improvement in her wellbeing, she has become involved with other residents & takes part in activities which has made a noticeable improvement to her overall health.

I cannot thank staff at Belong in Crewe enough for the way in which they have supported my Mum but also the family.
Mum is being treated with respect & dignity. She has settled into the home incredibly well. The staff seem to go out of their way to support her.
The home is set out into smaller households
of up to 12 residents. The staff in the households tend to remain the same. It therefore has more of a family feel to it & i suspect is less overwhelming for new residents.
As a family we have also needed the support of senior Belong staff when dealing with social services. The staff at Belong have been incredibly helpful with this.

I can't recommend this care home highly enough.
My Dad just loves the daily activities and trips out in the mini bus that make his life enjoyable at 98 years.
He is allowed to maintain his independence while getting the care that he now needs.
He particularly likes going to The Bistro every day for
his lunch which is a lovely social event with nutritious delicious food.

Our sister came into Belong wigan in October 2025. She has Alzheimers and previously lived in Leeds with live in care. We find she is very well cared for in Willow house and the staff are very caring. It is good that we can come and take her out or eat as a family in the Bistro. It is a very clean environment
and we think we made the right choice in choosing Belong Wigan.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and pleasure Sue and George, carers, provide for my wife, who has Alzheimers. I was at the end of my tether when somebody told me of Belong in Newcastle, less than 10 minutes from our home. It has been a life saver to know she's safe and it gives me a much valued
break.

I cannot say anything bad about this place , I lost my mum before Xmas after a 6 week stay in hospital , my dad was also admitted to hospital 4 weeks after my mum was , there was no way my dad could go back to their marital home , he'd broken his hip and we nearly lost him too , but he pulled through
, I enquired at Belong and from the minute we viewed the place to my dad being accepted for a room on Pooldam Household the whole experience went smoothly , the staff from management to domestics and everyone in between has really made it so much easier for us as a family to sleep at night knowing that my dad is going to be well and truly cared for , I can't recommend this place enough
