Overall Experience

Dad moved himself into Belong Warrington for his final few weeks, in order to have the reassurance of 24hr support that he felt he was starting to need. My sisters and I cannot praise highly enough the standard of care he received from Tetley Household, medical staff and managers, who worked so hard

to accommodate his many requirements and requests, as he sought to manage his departure exactly on his own terms.
We know he could be a very challenging customer, but he was treated with such patience, respect and care at all times, for which we are very grateful. It was the perfect place for him to end his days, exactly and as peacefully as he wished.

Overall Experience

My Mum sadly spent only a short time at Belong Crewe before passing away and I want to express my heartfelt thanks to all members of staff for the amazing, kind, friendly and dedicated care that she received.
The team in Patriot House did everything that they possibly could to make her final days as

comfortable, dignified and peaceful as we could have hoped for.
Whilst she was still able, Mum was involved in the activities and we have seen photographs of her enjoying herself greatly.
As she became ill she received wonderful medical support from the nursing team and constant personal care.
Thank you all so much.

Overall Experience

My Mum was placed in Belong, as she was dying. The care and support she received, whilst there was fantastic. The staff even supported myself and the rest of the family, through what was a very traumatising time for us all.
They even let us bring in my Mum's canary to stay with her in the room.
I

can't rate this facility highly enough. I only hope more Belong's are built here in Warrington as they are needed. There is a high demand and long waiting list.

Overall Experience

Mum has been a resident for a few months now. Staff are friendly, supportive & compassionate & residents are treated with dignity & respect. Knowing Mum is safe & well cared for brings the family peace of mind. The team's dedication is evident in their interaction with residents, making daily life comfortable

and engaging.
Some small changes could be made to improve communication with the family as the care app sometimes leaves us feeling disconnected, particularly around important updates about health/wellbeing changes.
We experience ongoing minor frustrations such as clothing going missing/worn by other residents & belongings misplaced. These things, although small are still important, particularly given the cost of the care, now among the most expensive in the country. Many families will relate to the significant financial burden of self-funding.
The most important thing however is that Mum is treated with kindness & receives attentive care. For that we're truly grateful.

From the minute mum had her assement at home we knew she would be in safe hands. Mum moved into Oak House and everyone was incredible with her, taking into account her wishes as MND advanced quicker than expected. Every part of the way was explained to us and what changes to expect and as well as caring

for my mum they cared for all family and friends. We couldn't of done it without their love and support. Mum considered Belong as her home and for that we couldn't be more grateful.

All I can say is, how grateful for all the lovely carers and everyone on cedar at belong. The restaurant is pleasure to sit in, everyone is so nice, we couldn't ask for a nicer place for my daughter. When I leave I know they are all so kind and make one feel a lot better.

Overall Experience

My Dad passed recently.
He has been living at Belong, Crewe, for two and a half years.
Belong, Crewe, feels like a family.
Every member of staff from carers to maintenance and kitchen staff knows and treats the residents with respect and compassion. Residents are looked after not only in terms of

their physical needs but also their whole well-being. There are varied and well-planned activities daily and family and friends are made to feel welcome to join in.
Dad's passing was a long and often painful journey. The staff at Belong, Crewe, were amazing beyond words. I cannot speak highly enough of the tenderness and gentle care given by one and all. They included family in that caring, helping us through this difficult and very distressing time.
I cannot praise the staff at Belong Crewe highly enough.

Overall Experience

Our Mum moved from another care home into Belong a while back now and within a week or so you could visibly seen the improvement in her health and mental state. She is very happy and settled now in the Poplar Household. I mostly visit at the weekends and can say that the staff are very friendly and

welcoming and its plain to see that they care about the residents in Poplar, in particular three ladies go the extra mile. Our Mum tries to involve herself in the activities when she can and also uses the Gym/personal training facilities normally once a week which is good for her physically and mentally as well. Keep up the good work.

Overall Experience

Belong has been part of our lives for the last 5 years. First with my dad and then my mum who sadly passed away last week. Visiting my mum in Belong has changed my impression of what a care home could be and I wish they were all like this one. Belong feels like a home from home, having a central lounge

and dining kitchen allowing the residents to feel part of the daily activities. But the stars of the show are the staff. The staff were like family to my mum, they looked after her but more importantly they loved her. Even when my mums illness got challenging they were always supportive and caring. After my mum passed away they told me how much she had touched their lives but in truth they have touched our lives. Thank-you for being there for my dad, my mum and for us.

Overall Experience

I highly recommend Belong Care Home in Macclesfield, they have been caring for my wife since 2019 after she was diagnosed with FTD.
They are absolutely wonderful carers and my wife could not be in a nicer or more caring environment. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are extremely kind and

sympathetic towards her. The accommodation is excellent and she has safe access to a wonderful garden that she really enjoys. She could not be in a better place.

Overall Experience

The overall standards of care are wonderful at Belong Macclesfield - I am confident that Dad is content and well looked after. Individual staff treat dad like a family member with great affection, care and dignity.He has been moved recently to a slightly larger room with beautiful windows and views

of the trees. Although a few months ago it seemed that a lot of unfamiliar agency staff were being used, that does feel to have improved recently with a better sense of staff stability. It feels much more positive on the household.
There are a few small concerns which I feel are relatively minor on the background of such great care : sometimes information is not passed on reliably between team members and some carers attend less to shaving and nail care than others, but now that the sense of a stable team is growing, I'm sure that will improve. Everyone helps me, as a relative, to feel part of the family on the household and Dad is happy! I can't ask for more..

Just over a month ago, Dad moved from living with Mum in an apartment at Belong, to Tetley Household. I would like to commend all the staff at Belong and particularly on Tetley Household, whatever their role, in helping Dad (and indeed all the family) with this transition. Mum has found the change

as tricky as Dad but you have welcomed her, when she visits, as openly as you've welcomed Dad. He has settled very well and, as a family, we can see that he is getting the special care he deserves.
