That said there have been many positive changes in 2023, including investment in improving facilities (particularly safety) with communal areas refurbished and decorated. The food is generally, appealing nutritious and appetising with many years of a 5-star food hygiene rating. Some efforts have been made to vary the menu, but this is not always easy to implement.
Many of the experienced staff are an absolute credit to the establishment being cheerful, professional and caring despite a difficult few years.

Safeguarding Adults Manager, Lead in Infection Control and Dignity, moving and handling, Principles of food hygiene, Fire safety, First aid, Level 2 in infection control, Dementia care, Level 3 in palliative care, Level 2 in safe handling of medications.
