My dad has been a resident since Easter 2025 and the care he has received has been amazing. We can't thank the staff. The staff are extremely helpful and always answer our questions. The carers & other members of staff are brill at keeping dads spirits up.

First 2 weeks I could see straight away that my husband would be well looked after. All the staff are brilliant at their jobs and make you feel welcome.
My husband settled in after a couple of days, which told me straight away that he would be okay. Brilliant place. x

My husband has been a resident at Carrington Court since early April 25. As a family, we are so pleased with the care he has been given. He has severe care needs and constant attendance, all of which he has received. He is treated with kindness and dignity at all times, and our questions have been answered
fully. If a staff member does not know the answer, they will find out straight away. Staff always have a joke with my husband, which he enjoys.

My experience is the care home is run excellently by an experienced manager. The standards are very high the cleanliness is of a good standard thanks to the dedicated team of cleaners. The atmosphere is a very friendly one due to the management and carers who are always willing to discuss any problems.

My father died at the end of September and my mum who is a resident of Carrington Court Care Home, the staff went out of their way to make sure I was supported even going to the shops for flowers and cards for her to pay their respects. Once it came to the funeral, once again, the staff at Carrington
stepped up and went above and beyond to help her get to the crematorium on time in the minibus, and also to the wake. They are an exceptional team and so supportive and caring.

My relative was end of life and admitted to Carrington Court Care Home. The administrator, manager, nurses and care home staff were excellent and so caring and compassionate. The care my relative received was very person centred and he was treated with dignity throughout his time there. This made everything
so much easier for our family because we knew he was being cared for so well.

My wife was admitted on the 11th March 2024 and is due to leave on the 8th May 2024. I visit her every and more often than not, twice daily so I see, first-hand, the quality of this care home and the staff. You will note that I have not completed the rating for 'value for money' and the reason being
I do not know the charges because my wife is in receipt of continuing healthcare.
In conclusion, I must congratulate all the staff at Carrington Court Care Home because they are exceptional people. Thank you.

My dad was discharged from hospital to Carrington Court.
Although he only spent a short time there until he passed, we as a family, found all staff we met to be caring, thoughtful and willing to go the extra mile. My dad was treated with dignity throughout and nothing was too much trouble. As we live
close, we were popping in and out sometimes many times a day. I would definitely recommend and can't thank than enough for the care they gave him.

The night catheter bag was not changed. My husband "trapped in bed", not helped to drink - he can't drink from a full cup with his chin dropped into his chest restricting his windpipe - who did this? I had to spoon-feed him down half the cup until I could then rest the cup against his lips for him to
finish the drink. My husband's care in this temporary home is appalling.

My review of Carrington Court Care Home is of having very high standards. My mum is being very well cared for. She seems very comfortable and the staff are very warm and friendly when I am visiting and there always seems to be cleaning going on. Refreshments are served regularly and the meals look very
nice. Only time I've seen is a public bathroom where there were pajamas on the floor and a soiled sanitary pad placed on top of a bin, all else satisfactory.

My elderly mother has been a resident at Carrington Court Care Home since April 2023 and the care she has received has been nothing short of fantastic. All the staff are wonderful and pleasant and it shines through like a beacon. They are also kind, courteous and considerate to us as well whilst we're

Wonderful staff who I can't fault in any way for the care they are giving my mother in her last few weeks of life. They are so well informed and have time to care for my mum's needs, this is a totally different and more positive experience to what I have seen with care in the community when my mother

As a family, we are very pleased with the care, comfort and personal attention our relative receives. Whenever we ring to see how she is staff can always speak to us with an updated report on her condition. Our relative too is very positive and praises the care she receives. If there are any changes

As a Registered Nurse, Rebecca has
gained over 15 years’ experience in
providing care and support for older
people to enrich their lives. She is a
knowledgeable and committed leader
who is passionate about delivering the
highest possible standards in care and
quality of life for Residents.


Rebecca joined Carrington Court as
Home Manager as she closely shares
HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the
kindest care for each and every Resident.
She uses her experience to motivate her
team to deliver care and support in a way
that Residents gain the most benefit, in a
warm and welcoming home.


She also works hard to arrange events
and activities with nearby organisations
and is always quick to welcome the local
community to Carrington Court.
When asked what she enjoys most about
her role, Rebecca remarked:

of my role - seeing potential in someone,

their confidence so they can fulfil their
