Every aspect of this care home including admin, nursing, caring and general jobs etc was carried out with the utmost respect and attention to detail.
My dad was sadly only part of the Carrington Family for a very brief time after his hospital stay, but we had already made the decision that we were happy for him to remain with them for the rest of his days.
Thank you to all the staff for your welcome, kindness and consideration not only towards dad but to all the family.
We appreciate your kind comments about our team and the care your dad received during his stay at Carrington Court. It is reassuring to know that you felt supported throughout the process and that our staff made a positive difference...
My neighbour stayed at Carrington Court for 6 weeks. I visited every day and I found that all his carers to be approachable and good at their jobs. They treated him with kindness. The nurses on duty always had time to talk and showed my friend kindness and empathy in dealing with him. The management team were helpful in many ways and always there to talk to and advise us. My thanks to you all at Carrington Court.
My mother in law attended Carrington Court for a short while in 2025. She was 92 years old. Very clued up and independent but she was starting to decline slowly. Over her time here she was encouraged to keep her independence and maintain her abilities. ALL the staff were amazing. Very welcoming and approachable. Especially the activities coordinator who made sure she spent time getting to know her and keeping her company on the days she found hard. There was always a lot of different things happening around the apartments from raffles, singers, bingo, and all other kinds of activities. My mother in law had specific food requirements (not dietary) she was very particular. The kitchen staff attended her room with us and we came up with a plan for some meals. They were amazing and met her every need. I highly recommend Carrington Court for future residents.
It was very clean and He settled in well
The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to make sure he was comfortable
I had never heard of carrington court but would recommend it to anyone
Not only did they make Dad feel at home they also made all our family and friends who visited feel at home to.
My husband has just reached his first year as a resident at Carrington Court Care Home. I can honestly say the whole family has been treated outstandingly. My husband needs lots of care and nothing has been too much trouble for all the staff. The kindness shown us all is without exception. Cannot thank Carrington Court enough.
Couldnt of asked for a nicer nursing home for my dad
From first contacting the home we were involved in every step from assessment to admission. Staff are friendly and welcoming and appear to be very proactive in delivering the best care. I feel our concerns with regards to the general health of my family member prior to admission were listened to in a empathetic manner and which they promptly put things in place to resolve. I felt confident they were in very good hands.
During his stay, he received nothing but the best care and attention from all members of staff at Carrington Court. In all aspects he was treated with dignity until he passed away.
My overall experience of the care home is one of a good friendly and clean place, a pleasure to visit. The staff are all pleasant and obliging and willing to offer answers if you've any concerns. Also the manager has an open door policy ready to discuss anything with you. The food is excellent and well presented, pleasant to the eye, entertainment is of a good standard. Would recommend the care home for its high standards of care.
My husband settled in after a couple of days, which told me straight away that he would be okay. Brilliant place. x
I am so happy that my mum is resting at Carrington Court. The staff are lovaly and caring. My mum is 97 and they are so good I go home knowing mum is looked after.
Our mother has been in Carrington now 2mnths. Has been very well looked after treated with the greatest of respect.
My mother-in-law in my opinion is getting the best care ever, staff go above and beyond to give her the best care they can. Thank you xx
My father died at the end of September and my mum who is a resident of Carrington Court Care Home, the staff went out of their way to make sure I was supported even going to the shops for flowers and cards for her to pay their respects. Once it came to the funeral, once again, the staff at Carrington stepped up and went above and beyond to help her get to the crematorium on time in the minibus, and also to the wake. They are an exceptional team and so supportive and caring.
We'd like to take a moment to thank you for leaving such a wonderful review of our home. My relative was end of life and admitted to Carrington Court Care Home. The administrator, manager, nurses and care home staff were excellent and so caring and compassionate. The care my relative received was very person centred and he was treated with dignity throughout his time there. This made everything so much easier for our family because we knew he was being cared for so well.
In conclusion, I must congratulate all the staff at Carrington Court Care Home because they are exceptional people. Thank you.
