Kind regards.
This care home is amazing. My auntie has lived there for a while now and oh my goodness do they go above and beyond. I have visited on numerous occasions and my auntie is so well looked after with genuiness, care, dignity and respect at all times. Her behaviour can be challenging however the staff are just incredibly patient and understanding of her needs nothing is ever too much trouble. There are always activities going on to assist their independence and help them to continuously make new friends. Yesterday was her 80th birthday and wow did they make her feel special, in fact, they made all the family and residents feel special too. We all had the most amazing time food, music costumes, decorations the lot - just incredible. Churchview, you are fantastic! The team and management personally I can't thank you enough knowing my auntie is so well looked after you are all true living angels.
Thank you for taking the time and trouble to review Church View Care Home. The team work so hard, they certainly deserve your recognition for their outstanding efforts. Kind regards.
Thank you to the management and staff for making my sister-in-law’s 80th birthday party such a special day. Thank you for all your time, patience and amazing efforts. It gives us so much comfort to know she is so well cared for.
Thank you for your five-star review, your thanks to the team will be passed on to the home. Kind regards.
Activities are inclusive to all and a wide variety is on offer at Church View.
All staff are friendly and approachable and always make time for her.
As a family, we couldn’t be happier.
Thank you very much for your review. To know 'you couldn't be happier' is wonderful testament to the team and all they do at Church View. Kind regards
The biggest concern is that of clothes either go missing or my wife wears a garment that doesn't belong to her.
Difficult to know about activities since I visit an hour before dinner (lunch).
Overall, there appears to be a genuine, respectful attitude (and atmosphere) from the staff towards the residents.
It certainly is not their job because of the wide number of human difficulties passed by their residents.
Thank you very much for taking the time and trouble to review Church View. We take your comments on board; things do get mixed up on occasion, and we ask you to speak to the home team when you have a concern, as they will only be too pleased to resolve any issue. Thank you for the kind comments...
A beautifully run home, with a great team, is well managed, clean, bright and always warm for the elderly residents. Rooms always look immaculate, always a great menu of classic meals. The manager is always friendly, welcoming and available to assist with any problems. The resident is always clean, tidy and well cared for. A lovely home!
Thank you very much for describing Church View as a 'lovely home'; that is a wonderful accolade. Kind regards.
I find it a pleasant and friendly care home.
The manager is approachable and friendly, and the care staff are excellent.
Thank you for taking the time and trouble to review our home. We appreciate your comments and ratings. Kind regards.
So lucky to have Mum in this home where she's happy, relaxed and loved.
Thanks as always for all your super work each and every day.
What a wonderful review; we appreciate your very kind comments and ratings. Kind regards.
My mum has been living at Church View for the past 18 months; I and the rest of her family are extremely happy and grateful for the care and attention she receives. Nothing is too much trouble. All staff members are polite, friendly and incredibly good at their work. The manager is always approachable, no matter how small the problem. We feel very fortunate to see our mum settled here all thanks to the efforts of everyone at Church View.
Thank you for your review. The team are exceptional, and we are rightly proud of the care they deliver. Kind regards.
I would just like to thank all the staff at Church View for all their support and dedication to all the residents. My friend, who had a learning disability, has lived in Church View for over 2 years and he has always been treated with dignity and respect.
Thank you for your five star review. Your thanks to the team are really appreciated, as they work very hard and do all they can to ensure that residents are happy, safe and as well as possible. Kind regards.
Even though my sister can be rather challenging at times, Church Veiw staff still cope excellently with her. At first l was reluctant to have her in a care home in a different city from me, but l would not move her from there, her care is above and beyond excellent.
Your five star review and comments are wonderful, thank you! Our Church View team work so hard and for you to recognise this is very much appreciated. Kind regards.
Have to say, my mum has been here nearly twelve months and she has settled in very well. Considering beforehand she was in bed 24/7. Since coming here she gets up and out of bed for breakfast with help aids. Staff has been amazing with her (Mum is a non English speaking). Everyone has found their own way of communicating with her, getting her to smile and all have been very attentive and caring. Cannot find any faults or complaints for this brilliant care home. All I have is praise and gratitude for all they do. Thank you to everyone at Church View for being so amazing.
Thank you, your 'praise and gratitude' are very warmly received on behalf of the home. What a wonderful, heart warming review, which will do so much to provide peace of mind for those who are considering Church View as a forever home for their loved one. Kind regards.
I would recommend Church View to anyone. They have treated my dad like their family and even sat with him while he watched my mum's funeral online. They are really caring and such lovely people to deal with - Dad loves being there.
Thank you for your ratings and very touching comments; they will be very much appreciated by the Church View team, who work so hard to ensure that all residents are happy, settled and as well as can be. Kind regards.
I visit Church View about once a week to pick up my auntie after she has visited her husband (my uncle) and I am always impressed by the welcoming staff and the attention they give to the residents. There is an atmosphere which must help the wellbeing of the residents.
Thank you very much for your review and your ratings, we agree the atmosphere at Church View is key to the happiness of residents and the team. Everyone in the home is part of creating that, no matter which job role they have, and we thank them for it. We appreciate that you have taken the trouble...
I have lived at Church View for two years. The nurses make sure that I always get my tablets on time. The staff are really nice, like brothers and sisters. My room is great, I have a big room, and I got to choose my own wallpaper and furniture. The parties the home throws are great and we always have a nice drink at the parties. I've made loads of friends here. I have gone out on trips on the ferry, the pub and the theatre, and I recently went to Southport with some of my close friends and the staff; I loved it and cannot wait till next year to go back. I would like to go home, but I love it at Church View as well.
Thank you very much for writing such a wonderful review of Church View. There is nothing better than receiving a review from a resident to get such first-hand information of all that happens from day to day are just a perfect insight for those who are searching for care for a loved one. We are sure...
My dad has been at Church View Nursing Home for three weeks and in this short space of time, we have felt completely reassured that the decision we made was the right one mainly due to the level of care which is consistently being shown. The staff seem to take an interest in the resident's individual needs and are always available to help. My Dad is happy and has settled really well at a time when we felt anxious about his ongoing care needs. Church View's manager is always available, not hidden away and always on hand to answer questions and deal with any concerns. Church View is clean and all areas around the home and garden are well maintained. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Church View Nursing Home.
Many thanks for your wonderful review and recommendation for Church View Care Home. The team work so hard to ensure that everyone receives the very best of care, the number of families who give positive feedback about our manager and her team is amazing! Your kind comments are appreciated. Kind regards.
My mum has had three days away with staff and friends from the Church View Care Home at Brunswick Care Home Southport. She had a great time with the staff supporting her to make lovely holiday memories. The staff who took them went above and beyond to make sure they had a marvellous time. The staff from Brunswick Care Home also went out of their way to make them feel most welcome and enjoy a magical time.
Thank you for your review of the team at Church View. Your kind words and ratings are very much appreciated! Not many care homes would think to take residents on holiday, let alone make it happen and ensure they had so much fun! Kind regards.
My family and I were invited to the Rodeo at Church View this weekend where a live singer performed songs from the Wild West. The staff facilitated this amazingly and we were offered food and drink along with spending time with Nan. We very much enjoyed our time and thank all the staff for their hard work in putting this together. We have certainly been able to make memories from the time we spent at the family-filled event. Thank you! Nan very much enjoyed herself.
I am so glad to know that the rodeo at Church View was enjoyed by all! They certainly know how to have fun at this home! Kind regards.
Thank you.
What a wonderful, heartfelt review and one which we very much appreciate. Your kind words and ratings certainly reflect the wonderful care at Church View, we thank you for your recommendation. Kind regards.
My mum has been a resident at Church View Nursing & Residential Home for two years. She is very happy there and I could not ask for better care and support for her and us, her family. All the staff, including the manager, are superb and feel more like family friends than carers. They all treat the residents like family members and the care and support they provide is second to none. I could ask for a better care home for my mum.
