A pleasant, friendly atmosphere. Staff always welcoming and keeping residents entertained.

I cannot fault all the staff at Moss View Care home who have looked after my mum from day one. They all take their time to talk and have a laugh with her. She is quite famous in the home, everyone knows her. My mum is settled in her lovely room and I can relax knowing she is safe when I am not around.

Great evening entertainment for residents and families. It involved everyone with humour, singing, dancing and lovely food. The staff were very caring and attentive to the residents, making sure everyone had what they needed to join in. Thank you.

My auntie has resided at Moss View for approximately one year. Moss View is a very welcoming, friendly, clean and professional home. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They show compassion and care to the highest level. Residents are treated with respect and dignity. The events team organised various activities and events which also included family members' attendance, these activities keep the residents entertained and bring enjoyment to their day. Residents also enjoy various singers who come in to entertain. Also, residents enjoy trips out to various places. It's pleasing to see redecoration of part of the building and gardens.

Excellent care home. Rooms clean. The activities are excellent. The carers are lovely and the food is fantastic.

Mum has been a resident with you for the last two years. Mum has recently passed away and the whole family would like to say how wonderful all the staff have been. They have looked after Mum with kindness and empathy. They have been a wonderful support to all of us through a very difficult time. We would not hesitate to recommend Moss View to people and your staff are a credit to your company. Thank you.

Excellent care is given to all residents and families are kept fully informed of relatives. Staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Activities are daily for all residents plus events are held for all the family to attend. Cleanliness is excellent together with food. This is an extension to a relative's home and we are all treated and respected like family. Excellent overall.

Lovely, friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door and made to feel very welcome. Really pleased with the care and attention my father gets. The activities are 100% excellent. I have sat and watched the residents join in.

My mum became a resident at Moss View Care Home in recent months as in need of nursing care. I was unsure at the time what to expect but in all honesty, I have been encouraged and comforted by the standard of care given to my mum. Entering the home we are always greeted with a welcoming smile and staff always make themselves available if I need to speak to them. No matter what time of day I visit my mum is always content and well presented. My heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Moss View.

Due to circumstances, this is not the first care home my Mum has been in, but it is undoubtedly the best in terms of level of care and organisation. The staff are always welcoming and polite to us and Mum's room is spacious and clean. All of Mum's needs have been catered for here and her well-being is regularly reviewed - communication from the home is excellent.

Have been really pleased how the staff look after my mum. She also says the food is excellent.

My dad was a resident of Moss View Care Home for fourteen months. Right the way through he was cared for and he was treated with respect, dignity and love. We have been always aware Dad was in the right place. The staff have been fantastic.

My mum-in-law has been a resident for a few years and has been well looked after by some wonderful staff. The home has experienced a few management changes in the last few years which, I think, can be unsettling for both staff and residents alike. I hope there will be a long-term manager in place in future and that the wonderful hard-working staff will be appreciated.

Everyone likes and is taking very good care of my mum on palliative care. All the management/nurses/care workers and other staff help me in looking after my mum.

My mum was a resident in Moss View; the care she got was fantastic. All staff were fab, and they had activities for the residents and days out. Cannot fault the staff at all. The management at the time my mum was there until she padded away could have been better. Cannot say what it is like now.

From March 2020 until July 2021 as a family member with my mum living at the care home was scary and uncertain at times living through this COVID pandemic. Since July 19th, life as we know it before (having been visiting here since April 2019) is slowly getting back to some normality. The staff have been very understanding, showing excellent care for my mum every day. Can't praise them all enough for keeping my mum safe.

Moss View Care Home has kept us up to date with my fathers care. One lady has been great at arranging Zoom calls and anything else we have needed to know about my dad. It's been a tough year, and Moss View has reassured us as to my dads care.
