I am happy with the care and the health care assistants are very good with all the service users. Trained staff keep me informed and involve me in my mums care. I do think that the furniture could do with being renewed in the lounge, chairs smell at times, of urine. It is more to do with renewal, as cleaners work hard and keep the home looking clean. Could be more activities/better for the patients upstairs. Therapy groups, training for activity nurses.

My mother-in-law has been a resident here for over twelve months, the care she has received has been outstanding. The staff are helpful and friendly and never fail to keep the family informed of any incident or medial requirement. My visits here are always pleasurable as they all make me feel really welcome. My mother-in-law is always clean and comfortable and nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff.

My Great cousin has been looked after, so well. Firstly with the "bug" (sickness and diarrhoea) then just after she was recovering along came the urinary tract and chest infections. Thanks to the doctor being called and very kind lady going to collect her prescription, she seems to be recovering well.

My grandmother has been a resident at Victoria for three years. My family and I are very happy with the care and kindness shown to her and us when visiting. The home is always clean and unlike other homes I have visited does not smell. It is furnished lovely bright and modern which the other residents seem to like staff are friendly and chatty and always have a kind word for you. I would only recommend this home to friends and family.
