I am so pleased with Bebington Care Home, mum has settled so well due to the amazing staff and management. They are all so caring and though Mum has dementia they speak to her directly and treat her with respect and dignity. I would highly recommend this care home.

Mum was discharged from hospital needing nursing care and, although she was only there for a short time before she passed away, we couldn't fault the care given to Mum at Bebington. The management team and staff ensured that Mum and our entire family was well looked after during a very stressful period for us. The home was friendly, flexible and always focused on what Mum needed. In her previous residential care home, they generally focused more on their own "rules" rather than what was important to Mum so this was a refreshing change.
The facilities were spotlessly clean, bedding was comfortable and fresh daily, food was high quality and the atmosphere was welcoming.
We stayed overnight on two occasions and also observed the dedication and professionalism of the night staff.

We cannot thank the teams at Bebington Care Home enough for helping Mum and our entire family deal with her end of life and it's reassuring to know that this home is here for others in the same situation.

My first impression of Bebington Care Home was that the staff and management were approachable, professional, and above all, made me feel calm and confident. Since my mum has been there, she has felt at "home" and settled very quickly. The home is very clean, with high security, and staff are always available to help. They have helped me to feel calm during this stressful time and would recommend this home to anyone looking for an outstanding care home.

I am pleasantly suprised by Bebington Care Home. It is very bright, and very clean. The management and staff are excellent, and respond promptly to any concern raised. My partner is treated with kindness and dignity by the carers. The members of our family and friends who visit are impressed by what they see.
There is a wonderful range of activities which are enjoyed by all who attend.

I have no complaints to make.

My grandmother is extremely well cared for, with all her needs met with expectational care and consideration from all the staff to the management level.
The cleanliness is impeccable, the food is amazing, her room is outstanding, nothing is too much for any staff member, and my grandmother feels loved and cared for as if she were in her own home.
Management see me or take my call anytime I have a question, I am never made to feel that I am any bother to them, in fact, quite the opposite, which puts me and my family's mind at rest.

I cannot express enough the gratitude we owe to Bebington Care home for everything they are doing for my grandmother. There is no other place like it.

Being in a position to need a care home for a loved one is very stressful but all staff here have made it as easy as possible. We have been made to feel part of the family and they go out of their way to help in any way. Their care and concern for Dad's welfare and well-being have been excellent. For all this, we are extremely grateful. Thank you.

My relative has been a resident with this care home for fourteen years. I was responsible for selecting this home to meet her needs and I am very grateful to all staff concerned for the care given to my relative as it has been fundamental to her well-being and my peace of mind.

It's hard to see my lovely, caring nan jump from care home to care home because I don't want to keep her in a place she's not happy but finally, we have found a fantastic place here at Bebington Care Home. My nan loves the place and we do too. I would like to thank the team there for all the hard work they put in day in and day out. Thank you.

Staff are attentive and friendly to both residents and visitors. Management is helpful and keen to be sure residents have all they need to be comfortable and happy. Very impressed with the food provided by the canteen. This is a 'care' home in every sense of the great care received by those unable to care for themselves. A great relief to be assured the best possible treatment is being provided. Well done to all management and staff for their dedication and commitment. Thank you.

My relative has been a resident of this care home for over 7 years. The home itself has greatly improved in terms of rooms and facilities. My relative is always treated with dignity and gets excellent care from the staff who encourage her to walk around when necessary. The only aspect that does need some small changes/improvement is the laundry service, several items of clothing have gone missing recently. Overall though this is a very happy place for my relative to live and I am delighted by the attention and care received.

Paul Williams
Paul WilliamsJob Title:Registered ManagerJoined: 2023

I joined Bebington Care Home as the Home Manager in January 2023.

I have a real passion for Bebington Care Home because this is where I began my career in care over 20 years ago as a care assistant.

I have worked in care for a long time, and there are many reasons for this. I love the fact that the smallest of gestures mean the most to others, and if, during the course of my working day I can make others feel valued and genuinely cared for, then I know that I am making a difference to someone’s life. Caring for others is the most rewarding career to have.

I am a perfectionist who enjoys the attention to detail that comes with this job, I like to focus on the standards of attainment required to hold the position that I love.

My door will always be open, I am responsive and ready to help in any way that I can. I both encourage and welcome any feedback that will help us to shape the future of the home.
