Bebington Care Home

My nan has just become a resident within this lovely care home, the staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much. Lovely place with a lovely feel, beautiful gardens and lots of activities on offer.

Such a lovely caring home from home for my dear friend, staff are always on hand to answer any questions. Staff treat residents with care and compassion, there's always such a jolly cheerful atmosphere and rooms are lovely and clean.

I can't thank Bebington Care Home enough, they treat my mother-in-law with dignity and respect, and the care is amazing. The place is spotless, the food looks good and is hot, all the staff are so helpful and happy. I can now go home and know she's safe and being cared for, I would highly recommend Bebington Care Home.

Staff are attentive and friendly to both residents and visitors. Management is helpful and keen to be sure residents have all they need to be comfortable and happy. Very impressed with the food provided by the canteen. This is a 'care' home in every sense of the great care received by those unable to care for themselves. Having visited my mother-in-law many times the staff and management have been second to none. The cleanliness is impeccable, the care is first-class. Having been in two different other care homes previously, Bebington Care Home stands above and beyond them all.

Our mum moved into Bebington Care Home in January 24. The move couldn't have gone any better. She has settled in really well. The care and dignity shown have been excellent. The manager and his team work incredibly hard, and we, as a family, can't thank them enough.

My relative has been a resident of this care home for over 7 years. The home itself has greatly improved in terms of rooms and facilities. My relative is always treated with dignity and gets excellent care from the staff who encourage her to walk around when necessary. The only aspect that does need some small changes/improvement is the laundry service, several items of clothing have gone missing recently. Overall though this is a very happy place for my relative to live and I am delighted by the attention and care received.

My wife has been in the care home for about eighteen months. I have the greatest admiration for the way it is run and staff are first-class.

My husband entered Bebington Care Home on 7 May. After two days, he started to vomit and diarrhoea and lasted 3 days. No doctor came to see him. On the 6th day, 13 May, he was carried by ambulance to the Hospital. I am questioning the hygiene of the food. I believe my husband ate food that was dodgy and had a bug. This is not a care home for people needing care to stay.

My Dad is very happy and settled at Bebington. He is always clean and well cared for. The food is excellent and he enjoys every meal. The staff are caring and attentive to his needs. There are regular activities which he enjoys. Any questions or concerns I have had, have been answered rapidly.

I can't thank this home enough for my mum's care it's above standard and she is loving it they get her involved in activities and really do care for her above and beyond nothing is troublesome for them.

The standard of care and attention my friend receives at Bebington Nursing Home is outstanding, the staff are friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble. She has now settled in and is very happy. The home is run well and organised and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Mum has been at Bebington Care Home now for 6 months and she is happy, settled, safe and so well looked after. Very happy that she is here and the staff who look after her are just so good. They are kind and considerate and know how best to look after her. Thank you.

Having your loved one go into a home is a scary time, feelings of guilt and the worry that they will not settle. But I truly cannot thank the home enough for everything that they do. My mum-in-law is treated with respect and dignity and we know she is safe and happy.

The refurbishment the home is having at the moment is exceptional, very modern and beautifully decorated.

Mum has been a resident for eighteen months and every one of the staff treats her with the utmost respect and dignity. She is offered choices as much as is possible and her views are taken into account throughout. The senior staff are readily available to deal with issues as and when they occur which ensures Mum receives appropriate care quickly and efficiently. Communication between the home and the family is prompt and effective when needed and they operate an 'open door' policy which ensures a positive relationship. Mum is very happy and settled in the home which is reassuring for the family.

It is so nice to be made to feel involved even though I may not be able to visit as often as I would like as I live in Wales.

I couldn't wish for any better care for my lovely wife. The staff are so obviously very caring people who get a great deal of satisfaction from the job they do. I can't honestly think of any way the home could be improved. There are plenty of activities going on, the food is excellent and the management is first-class.

My dad was a resident here for over a year and a half, in that time the home has seen a change in management and a complete refurb. I can honestly say, Dad was so well looked after and cared for even though he could be difficult at times. The staff are all amazing, they go above and beyond for their residents to make sure they are happy every single day, with daily activities and parties for special occasions (always made a fuss of on their birthdays). The whole team of staff from manager, activities, kitchen, cleaning staff and all the carers are absolutely outstanding. I will be forever grateful for the love and care my dad received in the time he was a resident, as I know he was so thankful for their support.
