We thank every member of staff for their kindness and hard work.

My mum is at end-of-life and we couldn't wish for her to spend our precious last memories we have with her in such a special place with fantastic carers.

Thank you for looking after my brother. He was diagnosed with terminal cancer and he came to Hollymere for his end of life care. This gave him the chance to say his final goodbyes to his friends and family. He was treated with respect and dignity. The staff were lovely with him making sure he was looked after, having a laugh or two with him and letting him live his last days as he wanted to. My brother's stay at Hollymere was short but very sweet. Thank you again from his sister and her family.

Lovely place, all staff caring and courteous go above and beyond for residents.

My other brother is here and has been for a while now, my big brother is here for end-of-life care which I know Hollymere House can do his care really well. I chose this home as I worked here once and it's a 10 min walk for me to get to see them and trust the staff fully.

The care home itself is very clean and has a lovely feeling of warmth and calmness. Even other residents smile, wave and say hello as you pass by, which means that they really do feel at home here!

I am very happy with the care, love and dedication of all the staff and medical team. They can not do enough to help my mother through end-of-life care. My mum has said too, she is happy to be in a lovely place such as Hollymere. Even me and my husband are so pleased with the meals as excellent quality. This home is caring, loving and run so professionally. We could not have asked for a better place for my mum to end her days.

The communication was also great with the team keeping us informed all the way through until she died.

All staff excellent, nothing too much trouble for them. No complaints whatsoever. I was end-of-life, bedbound when I came to Hollymere, and because of the good care I have been given by the staff at Hollymere. I am now being assessed for going home. I will come and visit the home once or twice a week to back up the excellent care I have been given.

Staff first class, everyone is really good. All nurses first class.

My nan moved into Hollymere House Care Home for palliative end-of-life care. She has settled straight in with no issues. Staff are friendly and always on hand to help in any way possible and go above and beyond. My nan can be a fussy eater and the kitchen always caters to what she asks for, not the set menu. Staff always make you feel welcome, offering a brew and a smile.

The care that my dad is receiving is above and beyond exceptional. The staff are social and nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Very approachable, nice home. I can fully recommend this home. I'd give it a 5-star all day long.

My Dad has lived at Hollymere House since 2018 after he was discharged from hospital after a massive stroke. The staff have been great with Dad and our family. It was obviously very challenging during Covid but the staff did all they could for residents and families.

Five stars for Hollymere House Care Home. My mother has only been at Hollymere for three weeks but we have already found standards to be excellent in every way. My mother is settling in really well with kindness, care and individual attention to every detail shown to her by all members of staff. She appears to be very happy, contented and having fun!
