The care home has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. All the staff are pleasant and helpful and the quality of care given is good. The meals are great and catered to individual needs if required. There are plenty of activities each day for residents to take part in if they wish, and visits by the hairdresser are made twice a week. I would recommend to future residents.
Thank you for your kind words and recommendation. We'll pass your thanks on to the team.
He seems to be settling in better now, much to our relief and I believe that this is because of the help and support of the staff.
Thank you for sharing this. We'll pass your thanks on to everyone at Daneside Court.
My mum arrived at Daneside Court in February 2026. At first we were concerned about how she would settle, but it has all gone very well. The staff are all very professional and helpful, and we really couldn't ask for more. My mum says she is happy there, which is all I can ask for.
Thank you for your kind words. Those early worries about settling are only natural, so it's lovely to hear it's all gone so well and that Mum says she's happy. That's the reassurance every family hopes for. We'll pass your thanks on to the team at Daneside Court.
Since Dad has been in the home, we have been very happy with his care and the full attention that has been given. Over the months his requirements have changed and all staff have continued to provide a personal, caring role, making him feel relaxed and a member of the home. My wife and I, along with the other family members, feel very happy that he's pleased with our choice of home and loves the wonderful view from his own room.
Thank you for your kind words. As your dad's needs have changed over the months, it's lovely to hear the team have adapted with them while keeping that personal, caring touch. Knowing he feels relaxed, at home and pleased with the choice, right down to the view from his room, is exactly what we hope for. We'll pass your thanks on to everyone.
Fantastic care. All staff are lovely.
Thank you, that's lovely to hear. We'll pass your kind words on to the whole team.
Staff are helpful and kind (both care and admin staff). Mum enjoys the activities offered and is very comfortable in the home.
Thank you for your kind words. It's good to hear both care and admin staff have been so helpful, and that Mum is comfortable and enjoying the activities. We'll pass your thanks on to the team.
What stands out most about Daneside Court is the genuine kindness of the team. They are all so friendly and helpful. They don't just provide care, they go that extra mile with all the activities which keep the residents engaged. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels homely and welcoming. The quality of the food. Is amazing and actually looks and smells like it's home cooked. Our family have such peace of mind knowing our relative is looked after and cared for so well. Thank you.
Thank you for such warm words. Going the extra mile with activities, and food that looks and smells home-cooked, is just what we hope for. Knowing it gives your family such peace of mind means a great deal. We'll pass your thanks on to everyone at Daneside Court.
After suffering a stroke recently, the home has rallied around with her rehabilitation and changes to diet, etc. But in this time, they have maintained the very good standard she has come to enjoy and helped her recovery.
Thank you for sharing this. It's lovely to hear the team rallied around your mum's rehabilitation and dietary needs while keeping up the high standard she's used to. Supporting her recovery that way is exactly what we hope to do. We'll pass your thanks on to everyone.
From the first day I met with the duty manager Laura, I knew this was going to be to be the best place for my father. Laura has a lovely warm and friendly approach that filled me with confidence that Daneside was the right place.
Following my father moving into the home I have had every confidence in the staff meeting his needs. My father is very sociable, which he loves to chat and I can honestly say the staff meet this need daily and go above and beyond taking the time to listen and chat with him. The residents are treated with respect.
It was my father's 88th birthday last week, his room was decorated and a delicious birthday cake was made. His family were able to celebrate his birthday and make memories.
To all the staff, from the cleaners, maintenance, laundry, nurses, wellbeing coordinator for everything they do for my father, me and my brother. I do want to mention a few Nikki, Jackie, Stacey, Darcy, Brian and Sharon to say a massive thank you from Kerris and David.
Thank you for such a warm and detailed review. It's lovely to hear that first meeting with Laura gave you such confidence. We'll be sure to pass your thanks on to everyone, Nikki, Jackie, Stacey, Darcy, Brian and Sharon included, from Kerris and David.
My mother is in F31 at Daneside Court, Northwich. Mum had been in three nursing homes, Daneside Court is definitely the best. I am totally confident that my mother is cared for properly.
My mum is on end of life care but you still made sure she listened to the beautiful Christmas Carols in the dining room, I thank you for that. She was with you before she got admitted to hospital but we knew she would want to be back with you. You all do an amazing job and tonight was a wonderful memory.
Everything is okay and fine but residents do not like change like shower days. But all is okay we find the staff are very good.
We find the home a fine place for mum, and though she doesn't engage much with others is quite happy here.
I find the staff very good and caring to all the residents that are housed at the home. The residents are engaged to participate in the activities which they seem to enjoy. They seem stimulated because the activity provider is a very caring individual who always has an interest in making the residents more varied and tailors the needs of the individual but they all seem happy.
I find all aspects of Daneside Court to be excellent, from accommodation to the food provided. My only concern is security when I awoke one night to find another resident standing next to me.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your lovely comments. On behalf of the all the staff and myself, we are so pleased you are settled and enjoying your stay at Daneside Court. As per our conversation, I hope we have now resolved any concerns you may have had, my door is always open if you would like to discuss anything further.
Always been made welcome. Any questions asked have been answered without hesitation.
Good facilities and lots of activities.
Very personal care, always make sure Dad's needs are considered.
I read reviews for Daneside Court and looked at the CQC rating before my mum moved into the home. I am pleased with the care and kindness she received. The staff are caring and friendly and the home is a pleasant place to live.
Always made to feel welcome when visiting.
