The care he receives is above and beyond expectations.
His day to day needs are looked after by wonderful carers and nursing staff.
The staff have got to know my dad and they treat him as a member of a big family.
He doesn't remember their names but they remember his.
Although some days he is unwell, they always try and keep him cheerful.
I have visited my friend at the home for the past 18 months. I can say nothing bad about the home. The staff are wonderful - always very happy, smiling and nothing is ever too much trouble. My friend tells me he loves living at Daneside Court.
The staff were always friendly.
I had begun to feel that I had become part of your family at Daneside Court and I have missed you all with your cheerfulness. God bless you all.
I love them all dearly.
I am sorry to say my mother passed away on 13th February 2017, but I would like to say that the staff at Daneside Court Care Home were excellent and treated my mum with dignity might until the very end and we as a family cannot thank them enough.
My mum received excellent care at Daneside Court no issues.
Excellent care and attention, looking after my mum all the time she was in the home and especially during her last days.
Daneside Court is a real home from home and has been greatly improved due to the recent refurbishment.
Mother's care was good and we were very satisfied, one carer was particularly caring and attentive.
I visit my friend who is a resident at the home every week. I find it welcoming and friendly. My friend always speaks highly of the care received. The home is always clean and the staff always appear happy.
First impression on entering - warm, friendly, attentive. Care first class - staff always on hand and efficient. Home keeping services excellent - clean, fresh like we would not know it was a residential home. Meals appetising, hot and tasty, all diets and resident choices catered for. The standards start with the head person, here you can tell that the manager sets standards that are expected to be an example to others. The day to day social activities are well planned and meet residents needs. Overall - residents come first, second and last. Courtesy and empathy are obvious, a place you would want your loved one to be.
Daneside Court is wonderful. The staff are very helpful and caring. They all always have a smile.
My father has been given first class care, since moving into Daneside Court. His medication has been reviewed with the input from staff. As a consequence his health and overall wellbeing has improved. He has been encouraged to join in activities and is walking again with the use of a frame and staff and support. No problem is ever too much for the staff, their care and kindness is second to none.
I have recently visited a family friend at Daneside Court. I was made to feel very welcome by the staff. You hear so much bad press about care homes generally that I felt I had to write about a positive experience I had. It really felt like a home from home.
