Primrose House Care Home

My Mother arrived here from another home after respite care, she was confused in pain from several falls, and unable to stand. She had virtually stopped eating. The kind, cheerful care she has experienced here has meant that she is happier, more relaxed, starting to look more alert, and trying to walk and eat independently again. I feel confident that she is safe, happy, and well looked after. She is friends with all the staff and is always clean, well turned out, and even stimulating activities to do.

My mother-in-law lived at Primrose House for 18 months. She suffered from advanced Alzheimer's. All the care, auxiliary, and management staff treated her, and us, with care and respect. It was reassuring to know Mum was being looked after so well. As she approached the end of life, the team made her passing comfortable and calm. They kept us informed and were so helpful. We're grateful that Mum got to spend her last 18 months at Primrose House.

Excellent care received, Primrose House is home from home, we couldn't have wished for a better place. Lovely caring staff who go out of their way in every aspect.

When my dad came to Primrose House Care Home, he could not walk after his strokes and falls. Thanks to the staff for their care, support and kindness. He is now looking and living his best life. Every time we came to see Dad, every member of staff smiles and talks to us. Thank you for giving my dad his life back and dignity.

All the staff are fantastic. Helpful, caring and considerate. Since Mum has been at Primrose she is much happier and my wife and I have peace of mind that she is being well cared for in a safe place. Well done all!

I am so pleased that my husband is being taken care of at this home. All the staff, even the laundry, carers, nurses, cleaners, etc. etc., are so friendly, cheerful, helpful, giving the place a happy, warm atmosphere everywhere. We feel like family. Everyone cares so much. I would not have my husband anywhere else.

I have found the care home very welcoming. The staff are always very helpful and caring even in the face of difficult times, they are there to help.

The staff are excellent. Nothing is any trouble. Helpful, friendly, and go out of their way to help. They have been excellent with my mum. 100% recommend.

Dad is receiving first class care, all the staff are lovely and super friendly, nothing is too much trouble. One staff member especially is absolutely fantastic and so caring, we couldn't wish for a better person to help take care of Dad, make him smile and brighten him up, you should be very proud of the lovely caring nature she has. All of your staff are a credit to your company and are extremely dedicated, we feel at ease knowing Dad is receiving the very best of care.

Mum has been a resident here for a couple of years now and I feel very comfortable and reassured by the care she receives. The team really understand her likes and dislikes and have built a strong bond with her. She is well looked after on her good days (and bad days, which are few). If I have any questions, they are responded yo promptly. I, myself, enjoy spending time at Primrose House with Mum and I am really grateful she has found a home that suits her.

The care my mother has received has been excellent. Always looks clean and tidy and well cared for. The staff are helpful, polite, friendly and very caring. The home itself is always clean, the communication is excellent and always kept up to date with the care of my mother.

I have been very happy with the level of care mum has received since arriving at Primrose House. Her physical health has improved and mum always seems happy. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and always treat mum with care and compassion.

The care home is a godsend. The staff are amazing. I am so, so happy with her care. They understand mum and her behaviours so well. The staff all work tirelessly to do what's best for mum. I can't thank them enough. Thank you for all you do.

The staff at Primrose House look after my mother-in-law in a very caring way. She has been more happy since she moved here and we are extremely satisfied with all aspects of her care.

Mum has been treated with care and dignity since her transfer here in April. The staff seem to fully understand her needs and telephone with updates on her health. I feel that mum has settled in ok.

Caring staff, treat residents with dignity. Family is always kept in the loop. I feel happy my mother is well cared for, happy and safe.

Warm friendly atmosphere. Clean and tidy. Welcoming. Friendly approachable staff who are always willing to spend time with resident's family. Queries are always addressed. Plenty of activities for residents.

Primrose House carers and nurses gave my husband kindness and care during his illness. In his last few weeks, there was good contact with the family at home, throughout. An excellent, well-run place.
