Dawn is a registered care home manager with over 20 years' leadership experience across hospital, residential, nursing and specialist dementia care settings. She has managed multi-disciplinary teams of up to 60 staff, strengthening retention through mentorship and continuous training, and holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care. A Registered General Nurse with more than 22 years of experience, she recently led a team recognised as winners at the National Care Awards for their work in dementia training and development. Jasmin holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and works as a nurse preceptor, supporting newly registered nurses and nursing associates to transition confidently into professional practice. She leads the Dementia Coach Team at Primrose, which was named Training and Development of the Year at the National Care Awards in 2025, and was herself a finalist for Dementia Care Manager at the same awards. She has been with the company for 26 years, a true reflection of how much she enjoys her role. For Jasmin, the most rewarding part of being a deputy manager in dementia care is providing person-centred care that enhances residents' quality of life while maintaining their dignity, comfort and independence as far as possible.

Knowing she can make a meaningful difference every day motivates her to keep delivering the highest standard of care, working towards her aim of making the home the best dementia home it can be. She also enjoys leading and supporting staff to develop their skills and confidence, creating a positive working environment, and places great importance on supporting residents' families through open communication and the reassurance that their loved one is receiving the best possible care. Read less

Cem leads the housekeeping team to a top-tier standard of cleanliness, keeping the day-to-day operation running seamlessly because a clean home is a happy home. He also prides himself on being able to track down almost any lost property, right down to a missing shoe: if in doubt, ask Cem. He emigrated to England from Istanbul over ten years ago and has a real love of fish, so when he is not around the home, he can often be found tending his carp pond, out fishing, or enjoying a plate of calamari. If Rob can't fix it, it needs replacing. Rob has worked at Primrose for a number of years and prides himself on keeping the home in shipshape condition. His role covers keeping all equipment in good working order and staying on top of the everyday knocks and chips to the paintwork. He enjoys helping residents with odd jobs so they stay included around their home. A former mechanic, he can usually be found tinkering with something. Read less

Kate's role is all about enriching the lives of everyone living in the home, planning and delivering activities for residents and involving families and staff along the way. She loves seeing the difference she makes: the smiles and laughter are what make the job worthwhile. Rose is passionate about creating a happy, engaging and meaningful environment where every resident feels valued, respected and included. With the support of her colleague, she helps plan and deliver a varied programme of activities and experiences that support physical, emotional, social and cognitive wellbeing, making sure there is something for all the home's dementia residents to enjoy. When she is not at work, she can often be found on one of the local buses around Crewe or down at the local bingo hall. Read less
