Hi, I’m Becky, the new Deputy Manager at Redwalls. I am an NMC-registered nurse with extensive experience in both clinical nursing and care home management. Most recently, I worked as a CQC-registered Manager and Matron at a nursing home, where I led with a strong focus on compassionate, high-quality care. Over the years, I’ve developed a particular passion for palliative and end-of-life care—a field I’m deeply proud to be involved in. My background combines hands-on clinical expertise with leadership, and I’m committed to ensuring residents receive the dignity, respect, and comfort they deserve. I’m excited to be working alongside Patrick, the Home Manager, and the dedicated team here at Redwalls. Together, I look forward to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the great outdoors and making special memories with my loved ones.
