Mum moved into Cranford Grange when she lost her partner in February. Unfortunately, she had a major stroke in early March and passed away in May but despite that difficult end to mum's long and happy life, the care she received was nothing short of outstanding, ensuring she had dignity and peace. The surroundings are simply beautiful for the residents and a pleasure to visit for the families but it is the love, care and friendliness of the staff that is the highlight. The whole team should be proud of the peace of mind you gave to me and my family, knowing that mum was in the best of hands as well as the support we received from you, especially in the final days. I would unreservedly recommend it for anyone wishing for the best for their loved ones.
With heartfelt thanks for your truly kind words about Cranford Grange and our staff. It was a privilege to care for such a lovely lady, and we are sincerely grateful that you took the time to share your experience with us. Your thoughtful feedback means a great deal to our team and is deeply appreciated.
My husband went into Cranford for respite over the Christmas period. The whole experience for both us was wonderful from start to finish. We both felt incredibly supported by the whole team throughout our time there and we particularly enjoyed the range on activities. If we required full time care in future we would definitely return. Thank you to the whole team for your genuine kindness and compassion.
Thank you for taking the time to share your husband experience with us at Cranford Grange. Please do feel free to contact us if you even need respite care again of full time care in the future, we are always here to support you. Once again thank you for your very kind words, they truly mean a lot to the staff, thank you.
Mum's stay was for respite whilst her husband was recuperating, and I wouldn't hesitate to consider it if care was to be needed in the future. Everyone, staff and residents were cheerful and friendly. Thank you so much for putting our minds at rest at this difficult time.
Sincerely thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, we're truly grateful and its our pleasure to provide the best possible service. We wish your both parents well at home, and it means a lot to us that you took the time to share your thoughts and helps others considering care at difficult time. Take care from us all at Cranford Grange
Cranford Grange is beautifully appointed and every member of staff cares about their surroundings. Mum and Dad are encouraged to join in with the many activities offered, but are allowed to be on their own if that is what they want. I can't thank all of the team enough, just to know that they are safe and well cared for is such a relief for me.
Sincerely thank you for taking the time to write a review, we are delighted that to hear the team provide high quality personalised care for your parents. We take great pride, and truly appreciate and valued your comments. Thank you and its a pleasure to have the company of your parents at Cranford Grange.
My parents recently came into stay at Cranford Grange. We picked the home due to being very impressed by it following visits prior to them moving in , and our good opinion of the home has only increased in past few weeks since they have been there. Staff, communication and facilities have all been excellent, my parents compare it to a 5 star hotel , it is so reassuring to know that wonderful care homes like this exist and we are very thankful for all they have done for my parents
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such kind feedback regarding your visits before you decided to proceed, and subsequent feedback regarding your parents stay with us. Your comments are truly greatly appreciated and valued by the entire team at Cranford Grange thank you.
It is as beautiful as the brochure suggests - more like a five-star hotel - but what truly impressed us was the warmth of the staff and the comfort of the residents. Mum's eyes lit up when she saw it.
She was welcomed with kindness from day one. Staff were consistently cheerful and attentive, bringing meals to her room and even preparing food she "fancied" as her appetite declined. She could still watch her beloved tennis and golf, which meant a great deal.
At Christmas the home felt magical, and throughout her stay she was treated with dignity and compassion. Mum passed peacefully last week, and we are deeply grateful for the care and support shown to her and to us.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such kind feedback at this difficult time. It is truly greatly appreciated and valued by the entire team here at Cranford Grange. We take great pride in delivering quality accommodation and care, with choice which is so important at any time of life....
It didn't stop at Mum, as family we were fed in every way with food, kindness, and even hugs!
The teamwork and professionalism we witnessed were second to none, from everyone. My dad was asked what the staff were like and he said you can't call them staff they are friends!
The atmosphere in the building is one of peace and happiness and we cannot thank everyone who cared for mum enough for the amazing end to an amazing life you enabled

Lovely airy decoration in communal areas. More like a hotel than a care home. Staff are long serving and really caring and helpful. Food was great - just have to be wary that you may not want to stop tasting all the different things on offer!
Thank you so much for sharing such kind comments, and very true its very easy to put on a few kilos here. Thank you from all The Team at Cranford Grange.

He was treated with respect by all staff . They went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and cared for . They also supported us through the last days of his life . For which we were very grateful.

Hi thank you very much for taking time to leave us feedback at this sensitive period for you and your family. Your words mean so much to the team, and we are sincerely grateful and it was truly our pleasure. Thinking of you and the family always.
When my Aunt arrived at the home we were both greeted and shown to her room, we were allowed to settle in and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.
A week later my Aunt is really happy, she's a different lady she tells me all about her day, her meals and walks me round showing me the beautiful floral displays, I attended today and she was sat in the coffee lounge having a Latte and looked so happy,
It will always be a tough decision but the manager and her team make that transition so much easier.

The care he received was excellent and after a week he quickly settled in. The staff were always friendly, professional and helpful. Dad very quickly became stable again thanks to their care.
As a nurse myself it was lovely to observe how gentle, kind and patient the staff were with the residents even during challenging moments. There was always plenty of staff around.

Meet the Team (1)

I have 14 years of experience in adult social care and children's services. I’ve worked hard through the years to gain skills and knowledge of many areas of health and social care for adults and children, and I have progressed through numerous roles over the years. Most recently, I achieved a registered manager’s role.
In this role, my focus is on ensuring we provide quality care and that residents and their families are happy. You need to have patience, good communication, listening skills and empathy. I love communicating with residents, their families and my colleagues. Every day, I feel inspired working alongside my team to provide good standards of care.
Knowing that we provide a positive environment and good quality of life for residents makes me proud.
