The Willows Nursing Home

My Mum has been a resident at The Willows since August 2018. It was a huge decision to put my Mum into a residential home and I was unfortunately left with no other option due to the deterioration of her condition. I visited many homes before finding The Willows but I’m so relieved that I found it because from my first visit I knew it was the best place for my Mum. The staff are all remarkable and with their care have managed to prolong her life expectancy and helped her to defeat all the odds. They have done this with the utmost dignity at all times and always go the extra mile for their residents and relatives. I have complete peace of mind when I am not with my Mum and for that, I will be forever grateful.

Good care, very happy. Lots of activities to take part in. When choosing where I wanted to go I chose The Willows because I had heard it was good.

My mother has been a resident at The Willows for several years now and I continue to be amazed and delighted at the care and attention she receives, both physical and mental. Ever since I bought my husband to The Willows, it has made me more relaxed with the situation. My husband came from a nursing home which had an awful atmosphere. The manager and her team were welcoming from day one. It makes such a wonderful difference. All the staff are so caring and hardworking. They make me feel at ease. Thank you so much for looking after my husband.

Although our family is not of the Christian faith, we would have no hesitation in recommending The Willows to members of any faith - and, God willing, should I need such care and attention, I would willingly sign myself into The Willows.

All staff were professional and caring in all aspects of Mum's care.

My mother, who had dementia, was a resident in The Willows Nursing Home in Mobberley Cheshire for 6 years up to her death in September 2018 and my brother and I have, throughout this time, been very happy with the way she has been looked after. Every one of the staff have been extremely caring and helpful and we would have no hesitation in recommending The Willows to anyone else who may require such a service.

In particular, I am so grateful for the special care for both my cousin and me at the end of her life.

My mother recently passed away at The Willows having lived there for 6 months. The care she received was fantastic she was treated with such care and dignity and real affection from all the staff. The nurses are literally angels in disguise. All of the staff supported both mum and all her family during an emotional time.

Mother came for 2 wks respite care and after a couple of days settled well in her new environment. We think it was a good experience for her and she was very happy and stimulated when we collected her to bring her home.

With the recent passing of my father, all of the staff and carers have given phenomenal support to my mother during such a sad moment. They are a credit to your organisation. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.

The carers at The Willows are extremely patient and helpful. They know the residents well and engage with them at every opportunity. There is a good choice of food, well presented.

In all honesty, I am the worse critic for my fathers care as I'm a care manager, so looking at homes and care was difficult as I wanted the best for him. We found it here. The staff are amazing, the manager is very open and is always willing to help with any concerns we may have. Dads transition was not easy and he wasn't very appeased but he didn't know what was happening, the manager and all the team on Fieldview are fabulous. We never worry about if we made the right choice. We are treated like extended family when we visit. It is a relief to know dad is loved and card for just like if he was at home.

My cousin spent nearly thirteen years at The Willows, during which time the care and attention afforded to her was exemplary, at every level. Thank you all.

Both my parents enjoyed their time there. They received kindness and care from the friendly and professional staff. I and my family were able to visit at any time and were always made welcome. My parents' rooms were spacious, bright and spotless. I was able to bring items from home to make it feel homely. Every time I visited the Willows, I know I had made the right decision. My parents were comfortable and well cared for and most importantly, happy in a well staffed, caring environment.

I think it unlikely that there is a care home where the residents are more loved and cared for than the Willows. Although sometimes residents can be very distressed and difficult to help, the staff are unfailing in their support and patience. My mother lived at The Willows for 5 1/2 years until her recent death and was looked after with skill and tenderness right up until the end. I will always be grateful to them for their support.
