All the staff at Cedars have gone above and beyond during these uncertain times, ensure we, as a family, have been kept informed with the ever-changing guidelines and also ensure my mum is kept safe.
I find all the staff very approachable, and nothing is too much trouble for them when we come to visit
Mum using their safe pod.
Mum always looks happy, and she tells us how she likes her holiday at Cedars and that all the staff are really nice to her.
Mum always looks well cared for and is always keen to update us on what she has been up to.
I want to say a big thank you to the management and staff at Cedars, your all amazing.

Cedars Care Home staff provide excellent care for my mum with dementia taking care of all her needs.
My visit today in one of the Covid Pods was excellent.
Also, the activities have really helped my mum to interact and join the fun.

All the staff are of the highest standard, time to talk and explain issues even within their busy schedules. Staff have even learnt medical procedures to enable my mother to feel at home and a member of a large family.

Our family looked at several homes and had trial days at some before we decided which would be the best place for our dad.
The staff understand people with dementia here and the home is set up for them to be able to wander. The rooms are ensuite so our dad still has his dignity and doesn't have to
share toilet facilities which he appreciates. The staff are lovely with him.
Overall I am very happy that he is here and with the care he gets.

Since Dad came here, he has settled in. He is always dressed and looks well cared for.
He is very content and it's a pleasure to come to visit him as he is always happy and content. The staff are lovely and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Staff treat my grandad with dignity and make sure he is well groomed daily.
He is very relaxed and feels at home here, especially with the fact we can bring home comforts into his room.

I come to visit my brother. I am treated cordially by the staff at Cedars Lodge, Balby, Doncaster, South Yorks.
My brother seems quite content and says he is happy with his care. He likes the food and gets on quite well with the staff.

My father was previously in Cedar Lodge and his care right to his final moments was excellent. The staff and management cared also for myself and mother on our visits. This is one of the main reasons I had no hesitation in contacting The Cedars when Mum needed more care. Mum, like Dad, has settled in
well. She is in Cedar House as her needs are different. The care and social events within the home have lifted dMum and I feel confident leaving her in their care. I would thoroughly recommend the cedars as a whole.

After spending 2 weeks in the home, my wife never once made any adverse comment about the staff or the room she was allocated. My wife said she was satisfied with all the meals she had. I will have no hesitation in putting her in the home again, should I have to use the home again. Once again many thanks

Cedars and the carers are fantastic and do a fabulous job at looking after my nan and make sure all her needs are met. She loves being here and the carers make it a pleasurable time when family visit. Lovely clean and friendly home.
