Cedars Care Home

All the staff at Cedars Care Home are amazing. They have great communication with relatives and the people who live there. Couldn’t ask for a better care home to look after my mum. Mum can’t sing their praises high enough and it’s lovely to see her socialising with the other residents.

I have always found the staff to be very kind and welcoming to my mum and to her family. Mum is always looks presentable and says she loves the food, especially the puddings. I would definitely recommend this home.

During my visit, my grandmother told me how nice all the staff are to her and how nothing is too much trouble. My grandmother had her hair blow waved and she told me she has it done every other day. Also my grandmother informed me that she enjoys the food and feels safe. Thank you everyone at Cedars.

My mother-in-law had a weeks respite in Cedars Care Home. She did say she had a lovely time, and the staff really looked after her. They were her words...and she looked really well and rested; she said she would like to visit again.

My mother has been here in care for seven weeks now, she has told me that the staff are very kind and helpful. Due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, today has been the first time I have been permitted to visit Mother in her room. I found all three members of staff who I dealt with to be friendly, helpful and professional. I'm confident that my mother is being cared for in a sympathetic and homely environment with her needs addressed.

All the staff at Cedars Care Home didn’t just look after my nana they were great with helping me too. My nana was very well looked after, she was very well dressed and very happy. Even when I couldn’t visit they would always let me know how she was doing. It was always great that I could see her through FaceTime too when we were in lockdown and had not been able to visit.

I visited my auntie last week and was pleasantly surprised how well she looked; the staff had washed, blown and tonged her hair upon my arrival. It was the first time since December I’d seen her as she had been admitted to hospital after having several falls at home prior to coming to Cedars. The staff at Cedars are so caring; they go that extra mile, which gives me reassurance my auntie is well cared for as it was so daunting not to be able to go and look around care homes beforehand due to Covid.

Excellent care home with great staff. Communication and feedback from manager very good, and meals, activities, toiletries, laundry etc, all very well taken care of.
