My mother was admitted at very short notice after falling the previous night. She has received exceptional care and is now back to her usual self. Every member of staff has been kind, caring and responsive. Thank you to everyone.

We felt at ease knowing that he was in safe hands and a safe environment.
My grandad seemed to settle well at Cedars, he was a bit worried at first but soon he was ok. I think the staff that looked after him were lovely with him and reassured us, as a family, that he would be fine. He was clean and shaved, never looked dishevelled and seemed quite happy on visits.

I think it's very good, it was better in the past to what it is now. There aren't many staff on shift so sometimes they can't get to me in time. The options of food aren't better now.
