Overall Experience

My mother has been a resident for nearly 6 years now and I would be more than happy to recommend this home.

My mother is very settled which is down mainly to the carers who I feel look after Mum.

The management staff are very approachable and will listen to concerns and any potential faults at the home.

The manager is always available for a chat and always replies to queries asap.

Overall Experience
We got a new owner recently when the home was poor in all categories, especially management.
Since then, and after the latest CQC visit and report, which was very poor and justified. With the introduction of new management, the home is being transformed. Management have much improved.
Staff was at a very low morale, now much improved and getting better each day.

I think the home is on the right track after a few difficult years.
