Mum went into Alpine Lodge for a couple of weeks respite, her care in there was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. She liked it that much she wants to go in to stay. Brilliant staff and management.
Thank you, Jan for your lovely 5-star review. We are so glad your mum has decided to stay with us permanently. She is an absolute pleasure to have with us. I will pass your lovely feedback onto the team and thanks again.
I have visited my mum-in-law a few times before lockdown and found the home to be very welcoming and clean. The staff are friendly and caring, the food also looks very good and varied. The rooms are lovely as are the communal areas; they seem to have quite a few activities and days out and entertainment etc. My mum-in-law also looked clean and tidy, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home.
Thank you very much for your lovely 5-star review, Derran We really do appreciate your such kind words and your review is going a long way in boosting staff morale during this trying times.
My mother-in-law is well looked after; she is always clean, tidy and well presented.
She is happy and safe, which means a lot to my wife and me.
All the staff, from the manager, office staff, carers, cleaners, laundry staff, cooks and the handyman are all friendly and will answer any questions if they can and are always helpful.

A really lovely care home, well looked after residents, clean and tidy, nothing is too much for the staff to do, they really care for my relative and I would recommend this care home to anyone. The management is amazing, thank you.
Thank you for your very lovely and positive review. We take great care in ensuring or residents all receive person-centred care. The residents are obviously at the heart of what we do here at Alpine Lodge. Thank you again I will pass your feedback on to the team.
Our experience of this home is without doubt superb. Staff, the building, care all excellent. Feel so grateful for everything which has been done for my Aunty, especially during the past 8-months, which, I am sure, has been difficult for everyone involved at the home. Thank you, just doesn’t seem enough.
Dear, Marlene, thank you so much for your invaluable feedback, it is very much appreciated and keeps staff morale and buoyant under the present circumstances. I will pass your comments onto the staff team. Thank you again, Marlene, it means so much to us.
Couldn’t imagine sending anybody anywhere else. The manager and all care staff are wonderful, was worried over certain things, but the manager was very reassuring and made me feel at ease. Amazing family environment; my relative was really happy staying there and has even said she misses some of the staff.
Thank you for your 5-star review, Chloe; I must agree with you that the care team here is absolutely wonderful. We absolutely strive to provide person-centred care to our residents, and I think this shows in their happy smiling faces. Thank you again for your review; I will pass your comments onto our staff team.
The care home has always treated my auntie the very best they can. Lovely environment, and interactions between residents. I particularly love the tuck shop and the ice cream maker. Keep up the fantastic work. Thank you for looking after my auntie.

Mum going into care was a very difficult situation for us as a family but has been made so much easier by the staff at Alpine Lodge. Mum settled straight away which I'm sure is down to their amazing staff, they genuinely care about their residents and it is such a comfort to know Mum is happy and well looked after. Thank you to the manager and her wonderful team.

My mother has been here for a year now and was welcomed from the start by friendly and informative staff. My mother settled in quickly and enjoys the company and friendship of all staff and meal times too.

Very friendly staff, keeping residents safe and taking good care of my nan, keeping her occupied and amused whilst in their care. My nan seems very happy in their care, and the facility seems clean and safe in guidelines with covid.
Thank you, Angelina, for submitting this lovely 5-star review for us. We absolutely focus on keeping our residents occupied and entertained. Your nan told us of her love for tropical fish, that she and your grandad used to breed fish so we have bought a lovely aquarium for the lounge area that your nan has now taken charge of caring for. She is a pleasure to have with us.
We have made the decision to move my mum into Alpine Lodge and we met the home manager for a chat. The manager was very positive and knowledgeable about Mum's condition and she gave us confidence that my mum's needs would be met by Alpine Lodge.
Thank you for submitting a lovely 5 star review for us Dawn. We are looking forward to having your mum with us and supporting her with all her care needs. I'm sure Alpine Lodge will now be her forever home and she settles well and makes lots of new friends. I will pass your feedback onto the team and thank you once again it really is appreciated.

Our good friend and neighbour has just had 12-days in Alpine Lodge for respite. We cannot believe how happy she was. I called to see her, and she looked happy. They care above and beyond; they even rang me the day after she was home, just checking on her, (bless them). I can't recommend this care home enough; thanks to you all.
Thank you so very much for your very kind 5-star review. Your friend was an absolute pleasure to care for and if you ever need us again please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Take care and best wishes.
Very happy with the care Dad is given at Alpine Lodge. Staff are on the ball and know Dad and his little ways. Highly recommended.
Thank you for leaving us such a lovely review. We absolutely try our very best to care for our residents in a person-centered way and to know them inside and out. Please help me to understand how we can receive a 5-star review from you, how can we improve anything to help your dad. Thanks again, best wishes.
A lovely home with caring staff. It feels like being on holiday. The food is very good and there's plenty of it. I really enjoy helping the staff with little jobs like gardening.
It's lovely to receive a review from one of our permanent residents. We do like to keep you busy and on your toes. You are a pleasure to have with us, thank you for taking the time to submit a review with such kind words.
Dad is very much a home bird and when asked, he would prefer to stay at home but knows he needs help and does like being here. He has been very happy on his trips out as he loves to sit and have a ride. He enjoys his three meals a day and has a good relationship with the staff, whose company he enjoys too. He also enjoys sitting in the garden.
Thank you very much for taking the time to review us. Please help me to understand how we can achieve a 5-star review from yourself. It is lovely to hear such positive feedback from our residents' families but I am always keen to see how we can improve our service. I will pass your valued feedback onto the team, thanks again.
I visit once a week and found it very pleasant. The carers are polite and obliging. I would recommend it to anybody.
Thank you very much for your review, your kind words are greatly appreciated and I will, of course, pass your comments onto the team here at Alpine Lodge.
I have always found the staff to be very polite and caring towards my friend, the home is clean and tidy and has plenty going on to keep residents busy and happy, even in these trying times, it's nice to still be able to see loved ones albeit from a distance. I feel my friend's care needs are being met very well, and there has been quite a few improvements over the fast months for the better. I would happily recommend Alpine Lodge, it's a great atmosphere in general, my friend enjoys the food too which she says is very good.
Thank you very much for your 5-star review. It is so pleasing to hear that you and your friend are happy with the care they receive. We have a fantastic team here at Alpine and this obviously shows in the feedback from all our residents and their relatives. Take care and best wishes.
