Chatsworth Grange provides care for older people living with a wide range of complex nursing needs, including dementia and those with challenging behaviour.

The home is located a short distance from the centre of Sheffield and has 66 en-suite rooms, all decorated to a high-standard and feature modern furnishings and fittings throughout.

Every time I have visited my uncle, with my husband, staff have been courteous, polite, helpful, attentive and obliging. They have been very caring, friendly and jokey in an appropriate manner to my uncle who responds well to them (when he's awake)! He always speaks highly of his carers.

Dad has been in Chatsworth Grange for over 12 months, and I am more than happy with his care. If I have had any issues, I have been able to see the relevant person to sort my concerns out. With Dad's condition, I can imagine him to be a handful at times, but he is always treated with the care and respect
he deserves and is always clean and tidy. Overall, the maintenance of the home is good, but like everything that is used a lot, it could do with new fixtures and fittings here and there. The garden space is good but could do with an overhead shelter for when it's hot and wider footpaths for when you are taking your loved one out in their chairs. I personally would like to thank all the staff for the help and care you gave to Dad and the other residents. Well done.

Everything is kept very clean and tidy. Because he has dementia, he is unable to fill in this form or properly comment. I am his partner and think that he has settled into the care home very quickly, The carers are very nice and helpful, but unless he is told what to do and led to various places, I
think he misses out on things like the entertainment which is on another floor. He does like company, so he should be encouraged to join in.

My mum went to Chatsworth Grange Nursing Home in July 2020, she needed nursing care. With the pandemic no one was allowed to visit and I had to shield. My brothers and I kept in touch by phone. The nursing team kept me informed about Mum. Eventually, I was allowed to see her in a hub. I am now allowed
to go in as long as I take the Covid test. The staff are very good, helpful and most of all look after my mum. They have all worked so very hard. I cannot thank them enough.

My dad moved into Chatsworth Grange from hospital in January. He received excellent care delivered with dignity and love before his passing. That support also extended to me whilst I spent the last few days with my dad.
We as a family can't thank the Manager and the staff team enough.

My grandad moved into Chatsworth Grange in December just before Christmas and sadly passed away recently. I had not seen my grandad for 3 months prior to the move to Chatsworth and I was so happy to receive video calls and be able to wave to him through his window. The manager and her staff team go
above and beyond and made us feel at ease knowing my grandad was being looked after. We could sleep at night knowing he was well cared for. Highly recommended.

If you want to put your loved ones in a home and forget about them then this is the place for you. This is a very closed culture home, Bondcare in general is, and asking for information about your loved one is not seen in a positive way. I have no concerns about the care staff but the management team
are something else. They take no ownership and don’t seem to value the family unit.

Amazing care home. We moved my mother recently from another care home not too far from Chatsworth Grange, which we found care standards unacceptable. We couldn't be happier with the care here. Everyone is so attentive and friendly towards us all, when we arrive to see her she is happy and smiling. It is nice to know that she is so well cared for and that her

Some of the staff go above and beyond whilst others don't seem to give the time of day to residents. I have been sat in the room with my mum and staff have bought her meal in and just put it down on her table and walked out. A little conversation wouldn't hurt. When I have been there when it's not meal
times, no one has ever just popped in or put their heads in to check her.

We are delighted with the care received by our mum at Chatsworth Grange. The caring staff are superb and supported by a responsive and caring management team. I cannot recommend this care home highly enough. There are no words to express how happy my brother and I felt about the care, compassion and love that our mother received in her last few weeks at Chatsworth Grange.
Our only regret is that we did not find this home earlier for mum. She was very complex
in her needs and behaviour but settled so well in the peaceful loving atmosphere at Chatsworth. All the staff - from the Manager and office team to Nurses, care workers, support staff and building services were pleasant, courteous and nothing was too much for them. Always with a smile even in difficult circumstances, everyone was supportive to myself and my brother at a very upsetting time.
They all treated mum with dignity, respect and love. Thank you so much for making mum's life and ours easier and peaceful.

My Mum passed away 4th December 2017. Her last 12 weeks of life were spent at Chatsworth Nursing home.
My mum was treated with dignity by kind, caring staff. It was inspirational. As a daughter, I feel so touched by all staff care for Mum and us as a family as she entered her last few weeks of life.
Thank you, each and every one of you. You're all truly special and I will never forget you all. Mum is at peace now after her battle with Alzheimer's back in the arms of our Dad. I would be happy to talk to any family that needs any help at any time.

My dad is so happy here. The staff are friendly, caring and extremely professional. Dad now eats very well because it is good home-cooking. The home is clean and always smells fresh. Dad was in hospital several times before coming here but he recuperated fully at Chatsworth Grange due to the expert

The standard of care given to my mother is excellent. I haven't met a member of staff that I can fault in any way.
