The care given to my mother by the staff at Henleigh Hall has been exemplarily good. They have taken her into their hearts and have done as much as possible to ensure she is happy and comfortable.
The care and understanding given to my relative is very good, always speaking to him as him and not just another old man.
The staff really care and want the very best for him.
Everyone at Henleigh Hall who has been involved with my uncle's care has been professional, compassionate and gone the extra mile! Even during some difficult times we have felt supported. The home really is a home from home. The activities/outings etc are varied and it is lovely to see staff encouraging the residents to get out and about. Brilliant work team and thank you!
We have found Henleigh Hall to be a very welcoming place and staff are extremely caring.
Our friend is very contented and treated with dignity.
My brother has always felt well cared for, both holistically and physically. He has autonomy in his everyday life but is supported where physical limitations require it.
Very happy.
My uncle is very happy here, he is really well cared for. All the staff are very friendly and seem to work very hard. They are all very friendly.
My sister has only been in for 2 months and has settled in very well and seems happy here. All the staff are very kind and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is excellent and they cater very well and seem to be able to ask for something different to the menu. The care overnight is also very good.
Very professional, friendly, lots going on where staff are supportive and encourage residents to take part. Care carried out kindly and efficiently.
Staff will "go the extra mile" when asked. Rooms need redecorating (and corridors) but kept clean and usually tidy. Occasional issues e.g buzzer not on mum's chair but left on the bed across the room, no towels, have to be addressed. Some communication between different areas and getting messages through can be a problem. The atmosphere is calm, positive and welcoming and caring nature of the home is evident.
My wife is receiving excellent care.
I liked it then and it is very good now. My friends always settled easily and were happy here.
Highly recommended.
On point for all homes and always needed is a receptionist. The first person you meet, not to just unlock the door but when well experienced will sort out many a problem.
My grandma has lived at Henleigh Hall for just over 2 years and the transition from home to here has been super. Her room is light and cheerful with things of her own to make links to her own house. Staff are kind, patient, caring and friendly. My family and I trust in their care and Grandma is happy and safe. In emergencies they have been excellent; thorough care provided. Thank you, Henleigh Hall and staff. It means so much that she is happy.
I find the service and facilities quite good and I am happy with the organisation.
Staff very helpful and pleasant. Rooms need decorating.
No matter what time I visit the home the staff are committed to the residents and their families and because of this, the health and well-being of the residents are catered for.
This is evident in the massive improvements my dad has made since being there, namely his physical state and mental state.
He is more outgoing than he has been for years.
They do good work and work well as a team.
So pleased with the care and support by all the staff for my mother. Thank you.
Nothing seems to be too much trouble.
Henleigh Hall has improved mums life so much by providing company, activities and security as we know she is in safe hands. This has enabled our family to get back peace of mind, especially at night time.
My grandmother has been at Henleigh Hall Care Home for nearly three years and is still better healthwise now than she was four years ago. The major plus for us is that your fantastic staff are all the same as they were when she first arrived. They all know the residents and their needs and do all they can to look after and care for them. We are so grateful to you all.
I am very happy with Mum's care and the standard of accommodation. Staff are pleasant and attentive.
Mum has been in Henleigh for five years and has been cared for to a high standard. She suffers with agitated depression and they fully understand this. Her moods change and she is frail but she is happy and as safe as possible
