Our father was resident at Seven Hills from Nov 25 until his death in May 26. Following a stroke he has significant mental and physical impairment. Seven Hills was immaculately clean. warm, homely and comfortable. Residents were treated as individuals. The staff, every single one, were kind, gentle and respectful. We often observed them dealing with challenging residents professionally, calmly and patiently. They had the best equipment to keep dad safe and comfortable. Hoists meant he could have regular baths. The food was excellent. I will be forever grateful for their care and support.

Mum and I visited my sister today. We were greeted by a lovely carer, all smiles, who led us to where my sister was in the activities area. She was watching her own TV, eating a snack. Many of the staff came to say hello and updated us on how my sister was settling in; she looked content, well cared for and even engaged in singing when "happy birthday" and other songs were played for her. Her room was lovely, bright and cheerful! Overall, we are extremely happy with her care and how her health is improving. Thank you!

My father in law had an assessment bed at Seven Hills. He received excellent care during his time here. The staff were very kind and compassionate. They did everything they could to make him as comfortable as possible. The care felt very personal and staff took the time to really get to know him. He made good progress here regaining his strength and mobility. His needs are complex but were very well met here.

Mum has been at Seven Hills for the past 4 months, from when her dementia became too severe for her to remain at home. Since the very first meeting, mum and the rest of the family have been treated with kindness and dignity at all times. Mum has challenging needs - her behaviour is unpredictable, she is at risk of falls, communication is poor and so on. And yet the staff at Seven Hills look after her attentively and with a smile on their faces at all times. The staff always report back to the family whenever there has been an accident or any event which affects her wellbeing - perhaps mum has fallen for example. As a result we feel involved with mum's care when we are not physically with her. Personally I am satisfied that mum is in a very suitable place her for health care.

My dad has been resident at Seven Hills for the past 4 months. From the initial visit up to the present day the level of care has been excellent. The staff are wonderful. There is a consistency to the staff members which I believe is quite telling. They really do seem to care about the residents. I really feel my dad is cared for with dignity and respect.

My brother stayed at the home for his final weeks. From the beginning he was treated with kindness, dignity and compassion. Although this was a very difficult and emotional time for our family, it brought us comfort to know he was somewhere safe where people genuinely cared about him.

I visited regularly so had the opportunity to get to know many of the staff and to see first-hand the care they provided. The care always felt very personal and thoughtful. Staff were attentive and patient, and they made sure he was comfortable and treated with respect at all times. It was clear that they cared about him as a person, not just as a resident.

Communication with the staff was very good throughout. They were always open and honest with me and kept me informed about how he was doing. They took the time to talk things through and answer questions, which meant a lot to both me and the rest of our family during such an emotion

My husband has been a resident at Seven Hills nursing home for 4 weeks now. From the very start the staff and management have been supportive and welcoming. The care they have given my husband has been second to none. He is not an easy case, but the staff are so well trained they are able to manage his needs. I can't thank them enough for the care he is being given and for making him feel that this is his home.

My father is a difficult chap at times and his condition leads him to believe he is a lot more capable than he is. The staff at Seven Hills handle his idiosyncrasies and inconsistent behaviours with dignity and care. It is obvious that they really empathise with him and provide for him with tolerance and kindness. Catherine, his key worker, clearly understands where he is and is compassionate in the care she provides. Its a lovely place for him to be.

Happy with overall care. Staff are generally very caring, warm and responsive. Facilities could be better eg more spaces for visitors but my father is very settled there and I feel he is in good hands. It would be nice if there was more outside space/gardens etc. Communication from staff and management and nursing team is very good. Our concerns are listened to and acted on. Would recommend.

My Aunt went to Seven Hills after some difficult times in other care homes. The level of training and knowledge within the care team at Seven Hills has been shown to be superior. For example, they are able to recognise signs that my aunt may be becoming distressed and take action to distract her from it or move her to a quieter environment. This has helped to prevent the types of incidents that occurred at previous homes. We can also see that she relates well to the care staff.

The home is kept very clean. There are no unpleasant smells at this care home. Full marks to the team.

I have only good things to say about Seven Hills. The place is very clean, well managed, and the staff are friendly, hard working, attentive and caring. My mother is happier living here, and I'm comforted knowing she's well looked after and safe. On top of that, she has regained her appetite, improved her mobility, and is more engaged with the world.

This home is welcoming as soon as you walk through the door every member of staff I have met and spoken to has been exceptional, I have found them kind caring understanding of every single resident and what a change you can actually sit in the lounge and chat as though you are in their own home with refreshments offered. The staff obviously have taken time to get to know the residents about their lives and families, seeing choice given to food, clothes where they wish to sit they are listened to. I love my visits and feel valued and my continuation to the friendship is needed. Management are wonderful everyone knows my name, so much more to say.

My experince when visiting my relative has always been of a very good standard of care, nothing appears to be too much trouble for the staff, no matter what you ask of them. Although I have not actually been present when the food is served, the menu for dinner, always displayed, looks very tasty and well-planned.

We are really happy with the care that my father receives at Seven Hills. He has been there over 18 months and suffers from severe dementia.
The residents are shown a high level of respect and treat as individuals with individual needs. All the staff are happy and cheerful, showing care and interest in delivering a high quality interactive experience. There are regular sessions of activities and life enrichment such as coffee mornings, mocktails, music and dancing, games like badminton with balloons and they never miss someone's birthday.

There are qualified nursing staff keeping a keen eye on the health needs of individuals and communicating with the families on any minor changes or observations.
