Lindley Grange is an excellent place. My Mother who has dementia is well cared for, the staff love her, she loves them. Her needs are met. I know that she is in the best place. Staff discuss her care with me and I feel Mum is in her own home.

I have worked at Lindley Grange since 2016. I began my career as a care assistant, and in 2018 I was offered the opportunity to be a Hostess - I progressed my role further to become a nutrition and hydration adviser. I am now Unit Manager however responsibilities from my previous roles are still important. I work very closely with outside agencies such as SALT and the dietitian to make sure that our residents have the best possible care. I love my role and everyone at Lindley Grange as they are a family to me.
