Overall Experience
Mum came here after a stay in the hospital. She was confused and agitated. The staff have been wonderful. Not just with mum but with all the family. They're kind, compassionate and very caring. The home is very well managed. We no longer worry about her care because we know she's getting the very best.

There are residents with very challenging behaviour and again the staff are fantastic.

Overall Experience

Since my mother transferred into Brandon House from another care home, I no longer worry about the care she receives. Her needs we assessed and the necessary equipment was in place before the transfer. Residents are accommodated in groups with similar needs during the day time and there is always a member of staff in the lounge. Staff encourage residents to eat and drink and helping those who are unable to manage by themselves some residents can display challenging attitudes but the staff members are invariably kind and gentle. Reviews and consultations with families take place regularly and if ever I want to discuss anything there is always somebody available who knows my mother. The home is well managed and friendly.

Been in a month now and dad has seemed to settle in really well. All the staff seem very friendly and willing to help, so - so far so good. Thank you.

The nursing home provides a safe, caring environment for my 94 year old Mother who has dementia. The best thing about the home is the wonderful caring staff. The majority of carers are not English but have good language skills. They show genuine affection for the residents whom they treat with great respect and understanding.
